Firstly, the property is NOT a townhouse. Someone is above you on the top floor. Kept us up all night and woke us up at 5 am. False advertising. The walls and ceilings are super thin and you can hear thudding footsteps and people moving from all angles. The amount we paid for this property believing we would have a relaxing end to our two week trip in an entire house was very disappointing and upsetting. There were cigarette ends on the patio outside. There was a clump of black hair found in the bathroom (all of the group are light haired) the advert states expert clean which it was not. The hoover has obviously not been emptied by the cleaner which was pretty disgusting. We reached out to the rental company who did not respond regarding the townhouse or the poor clean. Regarding the noise they advised they couldn’t do anything as it wasn’t managed by them. WE WOULD NEVER HAVE BOOKED IF WE KNEW SOMEONE WOULD BE ABOVE US.
