The house is very close to the beach and has a nice pool. It has plenty of space for a large family. It is the perfect town for a getaway.

The owner needs to step up to the plate for a few needed repairs. The house needs an updated fresh coat of paint inside and out. Most of the mattresses are uncomfortable. The second floor bathroom located in the bedroom needs the shower repaired immediately. The shower head has been leaking for awhile because the drywall is moldy. Also, the screened in porch would be great if there were screens that weren’t ripped. This house could be great if these updates were completed. It would be nice to have a few beach chairs and an umbrella for your guests traveling to your house for vacation so they don’t have to bring them with them.
