Nothing. We entered the house and I went to use the bathroom and there was fecal matter under the toilet that was not ours. There was a perfect imprint of a body and head in one of the beds. The fan doesn’t work in the living room. The rugs from the house were in a pile in the corner. I had to unload the dishwasher. there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Blinds don’t work in multiple rooms and the bed knob was on the floor. I wiped down the counters and cleaned the sticky stuff off the floor. The smell in this house is horrendous and especially the back room. Due to the dirty bed, the smell, only one room was used and I slept on a couch. I contacted the property manager and Vacasa and for three days now they have been saying that someone will make this right. They legit let us stay for THREE nights without even bothering to fix this. I have contacted them several times now.

Everything. This company let a newly diagnosed cancer patient stay in an unsanitary house putting my life in jeopardy. I will NEVER use this company again.
