Pros:
- Comfortable bed
- Heated floors in the bathroom
- Location was pretty close to everything we wanted to see/do
- Private HVAC for the bedroom
- Private location, felt like a safe area
Cons:
- Heat didn't work outside of the bedroom. Even after calling for assistance, no one came down to fix it.
- Shower drain was clogged
- Lack of privacy in the kitchen/living room because there is no shade/blinds for the front door. Very uncomfortable knowing people can see inside at night if we were to be in there. Since the heat didn't work, we stayed in the bedroom anyways.
- Parking spot was just dirt with pot holes
- Difficult to get to because of steep hills and one lane roads (and cars parked on both sides of the roads)

I liked the space and the cleanliness of the house
I didn’t like how the door was transparent and didn’t have a blinder or anything to cover it (as it felt like people could see the living room inside especially at night if it was lit up). The stairs were a little bit inconvenient since I had suitcases to carry up and down.

Truly memorable stay...Thanks

Quiet and clean. Had a well stocked kitchen. In house washer dryer was helpful. Comfortable bed and nice patio to enjoy the evening on
Lots of stairs to climb. Easy to get public transportation but was far from most of the sites. Once you left for the day it was not convenient to come back easily for a brief rest before going back to sight seeing. Recommend a car for convenience

Clean, comfortable, and cozy. Good central location for seeing the sights.
A little noisy during the day, can hear every step of the person living above.

Loved the attention to detail: 2 different types of pillows (hard and soft), a well equipped kitchen, lots of thoughtful extras including a fan for ventilation. the bed was incredibly comfortable and the apartment was super clean. I would highly recommend this place as a cozy base when visiting Seattle.
Seattle is full of nooks and crannies. Getting to the apartment requires skillful navigation.

This is an absolutely wonderful place. I found myself in the unfortunate position of having to leave my home while work was done on the building to repair water damage. Given those circumstances I was more than pleasantly surprised to find myself enjoying a two week get away at a wonderful little spot. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking to stay in the Seattle area. Just wonderful.
No complaints.

nothing
steep stairs, confusing directions, no window cover, soft/lumpy bed, thundering foot noise from the upstairs occupants, horrible tv reception, weak sporadic wifi, no wine opener, no rug in front of the door - it was raining and we got the floor wet when we entered - most uncomfortable couch on the planet.

Location, price, and over all experience.
I could suggest a larger sign to catch the eye of new renters. Or possibly a porch light left on for those checking in during darker hours.

Location is fine. Beware if you want to walk anywhere it is a quite hilly area.
The bed was a bit too soft.
