The property was easy to find, no problems parking, just a few minutes from the motorway, and a short drive to the beautiful Landstuhl village. It is a really beautiful area of Germany with a good choice of restaurants and eateries for whatever your taste. When booking the Hotel, you must check in online, you will then receive your room number along with a number code to get you access to your room, whatever time you arrive. The rooms are a good size, very clean and well maintained, the facilities are very good. We will certainly stay there again, our thanks to Heidi for looking after us.

I’d love to have had coffee every morning, not just the first day and also access to a hairdryer but all was good!

Everything else. Staff unavailable, no iron or ironing board, very small room, cheap and uncomfortable furniture, no parking. Bed was very uncomfortable. Checked out early but still charged for entire reservation. Do not recommend at all!

I was laying on my bed one evening, then suddenly my door opens and a man is standing there. He said something to me in another language, I said English, then he closed my door. I mentioned it to the property by way of WhatsApp (I have the screenshots), then 14hours later they responded. They said that the maintenance gentleman noticed that my door was open because the wind blew it open LOL. I then produced a video opening and closing the outside door, where I am trying to build up enough wind to open an unlocked door. I could not!. I have the video if booking or anyone wants it. I said that all to say, someone entered my room while I was laying in my bed in my underwear. Beware! Lastly, in room 1, to the left of your bed is a giant window. Outside of that window is a bright motion light that turns on throughout the night that will wake you up! Every time someone walks by this bright light shines through your window and lights up your entire room! Besides for the lack of security and random guys coming in your room, and some rooms locations, it's not a bad place.

Clean rooms, get of value.
