Great place to stay in Dar es Salaam

Comfortable hotel near the old town, next to the builing is good supermarket. Good restaurant, breakfast. Superfriendly staff.

swimming pool a bit far (you have to pass parking area) without towels, also shower not the cleanest there.

Cleanness Spacious

The noises from ambulances No room service after 10:30 not even water Staffs have to be trained to welcome the guests with warm smile, and to respond positively when customer arrives. I have observed this at the reception. I have stayed there more than 3 times, for the last 30 days I think and this has been the issue that I have identified

Excellent modern facility with very spacious rooms and very friendly and helpful staff.

Modern facility with spacious apartment and good location, very friendly staff, nice view especially from the rooftop restaurant and bar and facility adjoined to a shopping mall for convenience

Amazing Hotel Suites in a Safe and Accessible Location

This property is absolutely amazing. The suites are spotless and tastefully decorated. We were given an upgraded room at no extra charge. The view of the city is spectacular. The location in the center of town was ideal. The rooftop restaurant is a great place to eat, drink and be merry. The food is delicious and impeccably prepared. The most special part of this hotel is the incredibly friendly and attentive staff. They also let us store our bags at the hotel for the day since our flight did not depart until midnight.

Nothing. This place is perfect. I travel a lot and haven’t experienced a hotel this nice and economical for a long time.

Wonderful except for being double charged

The staff, cleanliness, food, and all were great. However I was double charged for my stay which sours the entire experience.

I pre-paid via booking.com but when I arrived and was exhausted from 24 hours of traveling, I was asked for my credit card at check-in and was charged the full amount a second time. I have yet to be refunded this money despite raising a claim with my credit card company, as advised by the hotel owner.

Clean and attractive apartment that will make you to want to come back again!

It is really clean place to extent that it looks like new, spacious, very good breakfast at an ideal location, smells nice all the way from the reception, friendly staff especially at the restaurant, a nice coffee place and a small mall in the same building.

So why not 10? Keycards seem to need activation every other time when used, sinks in toilets look clean but they have started suffering from blockage,

Nice room!

Very big room with a lot of facilities! Also, it’s near a small shopping center with a supermarket, restaurant etc.

The food was average, but other than that very good!

Great service apartment for medium to long stay, feeling like home.

I booked because of the good reviews. The apartment really pretty as per pictures, new, clean, spacious with quality furniture. All bedrooms are with private bathroom. Breakfast choices was adequate. Location is superb next to a small shopping mall. Staffs were very attentive.

When we checked in, the room were not ready some items not provided but all given after requested. Kitchen is lacking of utensils but manager said available upon request. Ion, hair dryer need to request. It will be perfect to have washing machine. Never on the TVs as we came for work. Never used the swimming pool and gym facilities too. No comment.

A good experience

Clean, big with a decent view hotel room; Two bathrooma and a shower’ room; Two TVs, full kitchen and a spacious livingroom; Fod at the restaurant was good at a decent price; Staff was helpfull and nice;

We were at 5th floor and they were working ln remodelling the 6th floor too early in the morning, 5-6am, which was way too early for me.

Amazing!

Great location and amazing property. We stayed here with my three kids and my mother and father in law. There was more than enough space. The staff was very attentive and we really enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend it!

Superb

Excellent location - very close to the city centre, Zanzibar ferry terminal and the beach. Lots of eateries near by. The place was clear, well furnished and great views of the city.

kitchen could not be used for anything other than making tea/coffee as no cooking pans in the kitchen, no toaster.

It was a pleasant stay ,we really enjoyed and would definitely stay at this place again.

Location of this hotel is centre of the town.The entire apartment seem to be new and impeccably clean .Breakfast counter at top floor had nice view of town.Break fast was pretty fine with good choice of breads and cereals .

Nothing.Everything was perfect at this hotel.Room size is pretty big.Bath rooms were clean and tidy.Bed was quiet comfortable and bath towels were of International standard.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic amenities in an ideal location.

Did not have breakfast only dinner, which was tasty. Particularly enjoyed the seafood salad . The location was puzzling for sone taxi drivers but very convenient and safe.

Need pots and pans in the beautiful kitchen. I also did not know there was a gym or pool until the very end of my stay. Please find a way to advertise as this made for a even more enjoyable stay.
