gorgeous home, perfect place to relax

location was excellent, beautiful setting, private but with easy access to local amenities. only 15 min journey to Dundee station.

it was near perfect. the patio area could of done with some weeding, few cobwebs in master bedroom but otherwise clean and met all of our needs. loved the facilities.

Had an amazing time here and would come back in a heartbeat..

Had a fab weekend here with my partner, two daughters and their partners to celebrate my daughters21st birthday .. The cottage was absolutely stunning and was equipped with everything you could ever need and more ,for a few days away.. loved the little stream and mini waterfall running alongside the cottage and also loved seeing the horses in the neighbouring field.. hot tub was also a big hit and had loads of fun playing pool and the arcade game.. had a great time and will definitely be recommending to friends and will certainly be looking to come back.. thanks for an amazing stay at this lovely cottage..

Had an amazing stay here for 2 nights, had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Would definitely

Loved the hot tub, games room with fireplace, massive kitchen/dinner room. Lovely waterfall and nature surrounding the cottage. Massive rooms.

The downstairs toilet/wet room toilet didn't flush too well at all. Thinnest toilet paper wouldn't flush well and had to flush multiple times to get it all down. Smelled of stale urine/mold. Didn't have loungers to lie down/sunbathe. Small bath towels.

Superb

Loved the house! The fireplace, the pool , the hot tub, the rooms, the view :) Everything was super clean, very well stocked and well organised :) The beds and the bedding were really comfortable: )we had an amazing time and would definitely stay there again, should we happen to be in the area

Not a big deal but we wanted to do a barbecue and there was no gas for the grill but we used the stove instead and it worked out :) the door of the shower in the master bedroom cannot close, so the water leaks outside it and wets the bathroom floor and it gets quite slippery

A perfect family get-away weekend

Beautifully decorated, exceptionally comfortable house. A real ‘get away from it all’ break with everything you could need. Hot tub and pool table were both a big hit with our family (all adults)

Excellent stay but a bit better organisation from the management company would have made life easier

Fabulous house, Hot Tub was great. Well appointed. Super comfortable beds. Great views. The roads are rural despite its closeness to Dundee so be careful when icy.

Take a torch ! It was pitch black on arrival and there are two lock boxes from different companies. I could only find the wrong one and had to call. The joining instructions do actually tell youto go to a specific Gate, But I couldnt even see it in the dark. I reccomend the management company leave the porch light on for evening arrivals. The driveway froze over and was lethally slippery - a grit box would be very useful. There were no dishwasher tabs provided (we made do) and the damage deposit was taken on travel day making me late for departure, so not that impressed with organisation.

Great house, had a great weekend and would recommend.

House was spacious, comfortable and decorated to a high standard. Bathrooms/showers were lovely. Beds very comfortable and linen very nice quality. Nice big TV and enjoyed the pool table and hot tub.

Kitchen equipment is good but could do with better, sharper knives. Only had one tea towel although I think this was an oversight rather than the norm. Lighting in living room and kitchen not great, would be better with dimmer switches for main lighting and a few more lamps in living room. Minor points but would improve overall experience. Also curtain pole in living room broken and kept falling down.

Overall we had a nice stay and enjoyed ourselves, being close to Dundee was handy if we needed anything

The pole hanging the curtain by the double door in the living room was partly broken, so if you pulled the curtain back it came down, once hitting myself, which I thought was poor cause they must know that’s broken. Old fruit in a dirty unclean bowl when we got there. Provided a few sachets of sugar and coffee, which doesn’t go far at all with 6 people staying. Just another little thing that means a lot when you get to a place. Might just be easier to have a normal bag of sugar or coffee. Open mostly eaten bar of tablet open in cupboard. Shower cubicles in danger of overflowing in some bathrooms when using them. I think for the price I just expected not to have all these little things plus maybe a bit more. For example a little welcome hamper or something just to give it that personal feeling.
