Perfect place for a restful vacation!

It is a lovely place- starting with the location on the boardwalk of Ladispoli- Despite being in a very central area with bars, restaurants and organized beach locales, inside the rooms are quiet, tranquil and spotless with every convenience. Breakfast is varied, tasty and generous. Alessandra and Antonio are amazing hosts and make each guest feel at home with their warm hospitality and generous manner. I can't wait to return!

Wonderful hosts! Beautiful location! Time of the year was a bit warm for us, but the hosts were able give us a fan to help with the heat :-)

Lovely place to stay.

Absolutely a lovely place to stay. The hosts were so lovely, the room was great and very spacious. Spotlessly clean and a great location, near beach and town and bars/ restaurants. The hosts allowed us to leave luggage there on our last day which was great and also provided a space for us to come back to change clothes etc and let us use facilities like toilet and outside shower, and left out towels for us. Thank you so much Ali and Antonio for everything. We really loved staying with you. Mark & Mary

We felt so welcome and cleanliness being my priority and comfort, this B and B is now a favourite.

Alessandra and Antonia were so warm and welcoming, We had the king room with a beach view. The room was cool and clean (everything you need for our stay, white towels, white bedding, love the view)... We explored Italy from here but also loved the local daily markets and restaurants. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts, they helped us understand Italian better.. the areas and nearby beaches and towns. Thank you for making our stay “perfecto”

Beautiful location right on the water

Parking was available on-site for a fee as well as free parking out front of the gate on the street. Rooms were modern and very clean. Breakfast was perfect. Croissants were fresh. Owner prepared us cappuccinos.

It would have been helpful if there were screens on the windows. Mosquitos came in over night as we needed to cool down the room with ocean air. I had many bites in the morning.

lovely B&B in great location and lovely hosts

lovely property in great location, a little hidden gem with excellent hosts. it’s right on the beach with some good restaurants close by. really nice little resort. we ate at Risto Allgretti on the front and it was one of the best fish meals I’ve ever had.

not much to complain about but could do with more of a selection at breakfast.

Wonderful!

It is a lovely structure located on the beach. The bed is super comfortable and there a home-like atmosphere . The hosts are lovely, hospitable and discreet.I can’t wait to return!

The Nottola from all points of view.Room was exceptionally well equipped, pleasantly designed and was right on the beach. Hosts were wonderful, kind and accommodating. pillows and bed were perfect. Hope to return soon. The best!

Best place in Ladispoli

The hotel is wonderful - placed like 2 minutes from the beach with marvelous black sand❤️ Huge numbers of Italian restaurants and bars, great private and public beaches nearby. Really great localization in calm city with many of cats (that was one of my favorite part of stay🙂) and most beautiful sea. The object ensure beach chairs and outdoor shower to your use after day on the beach. Hotel inside is great equipped, very lovely decorated, I loved many plants at the corridor. The view from the room is breathtaking, especially during the sunset! You can see the whole beautiful Tyrrhenian Sea from there and sometimes, if you have luck - a few cat fellows on the roof and in the garden🙂 Everything was wonderful, great, delicious Italian breakfast, perfect coffee, comfortable room, big bed and very clean and charming bathroom. But the most wonderful were the owners - Alessandra and Antonio are so warm and friendly people! They were very helpful, gave us advices about trip to Rome (which you can reach from Ladispoli in 30 min by train by the way), about greatest pizza nearby and many others. Thank you very much for your care and kindness during our stay! We hope we will be back there after some time and can meet again 🙂

We had two very pleasant days in Ladispoli and we are glad that we chose Nottola B & B.

Very polite and serviceminded hosts ! Excellent location very close to the beach.

The breakfast could be somewhat better - some fresh bread with cheese and ham would do.

central and secure building, lovely direct uninterrupted sea & beach view from my room, good sized bedroom and shower / toilet, excellent double glazed windows, lift if needed, owners always on site to help and reply via phone, sms , email very quickly

Enjoyable stay.

The hosts were very kind and accommodating. They made me feel welcome and comfortable. They gave me good recommendations for dining. It is on the beachfront and they provided beach chair, umbrella, and towel. The cappuccinos were tasty. Great location close to groceries, restaurants, cafes, and shopping. Friendly town.

It is located in the direct proximity of the public beach,the B&B provides umbrellas and chairs for the beach. The rooms are very clean,the staff is very friendly.

It is a bit stuffy in the room even with airconditioner. The breakfast is basic and mostly contains bakèd goods

Nice staying, will return for sure.

Very good position, cleand and renovated room, light but nice breakfast, very nice owners.

There was a lot of noise outside at the street, which of course doesn’t depend on hosts.

We were far from home but we still felt very safe and at home in Nottola B&B and Ladispoli.

This accommodation was a truly outstanding overall experience for me and my boyfriend. We are so grateful to the couple Antonio and Alessandra who made this stay so great. Their service and hospitality was remarkable and we felt really at home in their beautiful B&B. It is situated perfectly just by the ocean, really not even a minute walk. We got kind recommendations for where to go for dinner during the evenings and the hosts always made sure we ask them if we needed anything. The rooms were super clean and comfortable the shower and bathroom were also really high standard. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting to travel to Rome or the coast. The train to Rome was only 30-40min and cost 3€ for adult. It was very valuable for us to be able to stay outside the big city and travel there on day trips. It made our stay a wonderful mix of city life with a lot of culture and history and also a calm and blissful life by the ocean. I cannot express enough how happy me and my boyfriend are with this experience. We are so very grateful to Alessandra and Antonio. They were even kind enough to handwrite a whole itinerary and recommendations for our next stop in Naples when we left. I will always remember this kindness and our time in Ladispoli. Thank you so much, grazie mille!
