Pretty good place to stay - good location, close to some great bars, breaky spots and transport options

Room was huge, comfy bed and great that it had a fridge. Really good location to see Valletta and access the public transport around

The location is really great but it’s VERY close to the cannons that scared me everytime they went off.. so be mindful, or aware of the times they go

very happy to have stayed there and would stay again

really nice location looking out to the gardens. pretty central as well. apartment was nice and clean and was modern. had a good about of cooking supplies. there was a grocery shop kit too far away

somehow mosquitos keep coming into the apartment and couldn’t work out how so got bitten a few times. it would have been great to have a few basic stables for the food preparing. sound did carry around the apartment as there wasn’t many closed off space.

Beautiful views, nice apartment, comfy bed.

The apartments are renovated and beautiful. When we booked the trip, we accidentally booked the wrong dates, and the owner was kind enough to fix the dates for us. He is easy to contact—but we had 0 issues during the trip. We got new towels every day.

Lovely stay in perfect location

Location was excellent, close to most sites in Valletta and the bus station for the rest of Malta. Staff quick to respond to questions. Cleaned everyday so very clean.

The fact that I had to leave my suitcase in the corridor unattended for the day when I checked out.

Best location in Valetta, wonderful hosts/staff. The apartment itself was amazing, very clean and fully equipped. The price was very reasonable. We will definitely recommend Barrakka Suites to all of our friends traveling to Malta!!

Great place to stay in Valletta

The room was in a great location: less than a 5 min walk to restaurants, cafes, the cathedral and, of course, Upper Barrakka Gardens and the lift down to the ferry (for the Three Cities). The room was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Cliff answered any messages quickly and even offered for us to phone him in the early hours if we needed help finding the property (after a 9 hour flight delay we arrived at 2.00 am!). The next day he also messaged us to check that we had arrived OK.

The pillows were not to my liking - firm but a bit 'bouncy'. I realise everyone has different preferences and it wasn't a big issue ;)

A beautiful apartment in a typical Maltese townhouse and perfectly situated for restaurants .

Everything was perfect.The apartment was very comfortable with a cute and unexpected little balcony facing the Barrakka gardens.The bed was very comfortable also.The shower room was excellent with plenty of towels plus bathrobes.The little kitchen was very well equipped with all that we needed for our stay.

We had a wonderful time!! It was a perfect location that is close to everything. The apartment was very clean and attractive. It is beautiful! The host, "Mr. Cliff" was very helpful and accomodating. He even helped us to book for a private taxi ride from and to the airport. The staff are kind and friendly. We will miss this place and we will be coming back again soon for sure!

Perfect stay in Valletta

Absolutely first class accommodation Excellent communication with host from the day of booking to a few days of arrival. Taxi transfer from airport booked on our behalf which I recommend rather than searching for transport myself. Location is perfect very central to all attractions and easy to find our way around the city from the accommodation. High standard of facilities in the room. I honestly couldn't have asked for more. I would return again.

Perfect location - within the old town and just few minutes walk from bus staition. Staff was friendly and helpful, apatment was very clean with all facilities we might need. I would definetly recoment the place.

A practical place to stay on the doorstep of everything beautiful Valletta has to offer.

The location was excellent - very close to the sights of Valletta and easy to reach them all on foot. The neighbourhood was also relatively quiet considering how central it is!

We found the bed a little uncomfortable, and while our neighbours were pretty quiet, we could hear some noise from other suites in the building.

Decent, but a bit overpriced

Location close to the main gate and bus station. Nice restaurants nearby. Food market and supermarket app.600 m. Ferry stop to Gozo and 3cities. The app is equiped with pans/ pots do you can cook. There is iron and hairdrier.

There is a big construction site next door. They start drilling at. 7.30 am... The sockets are in inconvinient places- There is none close to the bed. Althought we got our towels changed everyday we got only 2 coffee capsules for 4 days.
