Amazing location, so peaceful and a real haven. Beautiful pool area you feel like you are in a private French villa. Amazing breakfast one of the best we have had in Vietnam. Rooms are massive with big comfy beds, Netflix and YouTube on tv, amazing bathroom with hot shower and balcony overlooking the rice fields. Our favourite place we have stay d in Vietnam. We extended our stay by two nights here and didn’t want to leave

The location of the hotel is perfect, a little bit secluded from the busy city and beach life, but close enough for you to join in whenever you feel like it. Directly in front of rice paddies to enjoy a nice bike ride to the nearby coffee shops (great food, good coffee, awesome venue to chill).
Beds and pillows are super comfy, air conditioner works perfectly, each room has a balcony to enjoy a sun downer with a view to the river fields.
Bottom line: one of the best hotels we have stayed in Vietnam (until now) in our price range.
I would not recommend renting a motorbike with the hotel. The motorbikes were in bad conditions. I would recommend renting elsewhere and always have a look and test the motorbike before renting. It seems to be common to get a motorbike in bad conditions. (Maybe we were just unlucky, although we changed twice)
The hotel could also let you know in advance that there is no direct car access (difficult) to the hotel (very narrow street).
They could help you arrange better and economic transportation from the airport and to the attractions. We found better options on our own.
But everything else was great!!!

La ubicación es algo lejos de la zona turística pero el alojamiento ofrece bicicletas de manera gratuita. Volveriamos a repetir sin duda

The view of the rice paddy fields was amazing, especially during sunrise.

Service was great by all staff(helped with organise laundry services, tours and recommendations),
Hotel staff also arranged for parents 40th wedding anniversary bedroom decorations. Which they LOVED!
Breakfast was also great.
They have bicycles for you to borrow which was lovely.
Hotel is away from all the hustle and bustle but only a short drive to town which the staff can help organise a lift for you.
If you’re a morning shower person the hot water is a little hit and miss. But with the hot weather it’s nice to have a cold/warm shower.

Tout : la gentillesse et la compétence du personnel, l'emplacement au calme près de rizières et de production de fleurs, le confort de la chambre. Ils mettent à disposition des vélos et louent des scooters. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent et varié. C'est à mi chemin entre la vieille ville et la plage où ils travaillent avec un restaurant de plage qui met gratuitement serviettes et matelas à notre disposition. Nous avons adoré notre séjour qui nous a paru trop court.

Breakfast options are excellent. Loved atmosphere, quietness and serenity of the location among rice fields. We got daily cleaning of our room. Ameneties are complete.
Location was a little far from the old town but with our rented motorcycle, it was not an issue.

Very happy that we chose to stay at this lovely boutique hotel. Staff are amazing!
Typical of the hospitality shown to us in Vietnam. Can’t fault it in any way. Would recommend staying for more than a short stay as there is so much to see in the area. My wife and I rented a scooter for two of our days and enjoyed visiting local towns and My Son, only and hour or so away. Enjoy!

Swimming pool was cold and always shaded and the poolside is much smaller than on the pictures, no atmosphere during the evening as the bar and pool area are closed, showers were cold, while there is not much around you always need a taxi or bike to get somewhere, just not ideal with little kids and breakfast is basic compared to other stays in Vietnam. Overall OK boutique, but much overrated.

Gaf het geluid van langsstromende beek, tot tegen middernacht geluidsoverlast van centrifugerende wasmachine(s).
Klein zwembad in de schaduw, erg koud zwemwater , de foto die het bad laat zien is duidelijk met een groothoeklens gemaakt.

Simply one of the best place to stay in Hoi An, the room is spacious, bright, confortable and there is a balcony facing the rice fields that gives you a stunning view from it.

We had an exceptional stay at Maison Fleur. The staff did everything to make our stay enjoyable. Sisi and Vung were so helpful with advice on what to do and see and where to find the best prices. The breakfast was fantastic with fresh cooked Vietnamese food and Western options available. We also really like the location as it is a short cycle to An Bang beach and the Old Town but is peaceful and quiet and overlooks beautiful rice paddies.

Nice rooms but small. Nice balcony but no seats there. The staff are very nice. Small shared pool we didn't use. Its easy to walk in the rice paddy's from here.

The staff was super friendly and gives you great advice on what to do in hoi an, the location was perfect. It's located just outside the old town, which is super nice. You're located inbetween the rice fields.
They give you free bikes to use to go wherever you want.
The room is big and the bed is bigger than usual. The bed was really comfortable, one of the better beds we had during our traveling.
The breakfast is also very nice. They make you fresh breakfast everyday.
We loved every second! We would come back.

It was pretty lovely, located at the serene rice paddy fields and it’s quite near to a yoga studio and two cafes that we’d wanted to visit. It’s clean and the beds are so comfortable! Staff are very nice and friendly.
It’d have been nice if there’s a table and chairs at our balcony. The breakfast selection is quite small, pancakes tasted funny and the eggs served are rather little..

Very beautiful stay near both Hoi An and the beach. Vân helped us with planning all our activities and was always so kind to us! I would really recommend this beautiful hotel! Also love the swimming pool and outside area 😊

The staff were very kind and professional. The view from the 3rd floor onto the rice paddy fields are breathtaking. Pool and architecture are beautiful. Food was delicious and cheap drinks compared to the town. The free bicycles are a real plus aswell.
Only thing I can fault is that our balcony didn’t have chairs. But was okay for us.

Rooms were so comfortable and clean, the bathrooms were modern and well equipped. The breakfast was really yum and the pool area was lovely and relaxing. They also offer free bicycles to use during your stay! Everyone at Maison Fluer was so welcoming and friendly, we were sad to leave at the end of our time here.

Like the outdoor seats facing the ricefields. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. The receptionist cooked us for dinner fish that we bought for 200k. elevator. free single speed bicycle which you can ride to town or the beach. The other couple ordered grabfood, maybe this is something you can do for meals
it is far from town. there is no food store in walking distance. getting taxis/grab not always possible/quick. However the receptionist can help you book a taxi. Hotel entrance is off road, 2 minutes walk from main road but cars wont go in so you have to walk from the main road/ set grab address there. pool is very small (2 strokes and you reach the end).
