Clean and very spacious apartment! The host was very friendly and provided with all necessary items including snacks.

Owner promptly greeted us, showed us the property, explained things. The appartment was spacious, clean and well maintained. We loved the renovated bathrooms and were pleased with the gated parking. (Also great to have the a/c). I recommend this appartment.

Everything. Very friendly owner. Very confortable, well located with direct bus to downtown. Huge apartment. Awesome beds.

The location is at the last floor but it's very accessible through elevators at the ground floor. The view on Cagliari from the balcony was magnificent and the apartment was tidy and clean. In the shelves there are many interesting books about Sardinia and it's traditions and costumes. The set up of the kitchen reminded me of my mother's (which i love), gas kitchen and moka for a nice morning coffee. The support from the host Luca was OUTSTANDING. He picked us up at the airport in two times, because we arrived after our family, he handed us the keys and gave us a brief and complete tour of the apartment. On the day of our departure from Cagliari, our driver bailed on us, so Luca offered us to stay one more night and found us a lift for the next morning with one of his friends who was as professional as him. This happened on his day off when he had to stay with his daughter (Sorry again Luca!). Very friendly person, couldn't have been more professional and helpful and fully deserves this review. I recommend the Bellavista resort to everyone, from single persons to families.

Everithing was actually fine. We didn't have any problem. We had to keep the volume down during certain times but considering that the apartment is inside a building with other apartments is normal

The apartment is much better than the photos, comfortable and completely renovated. The host contacted me and allowed us to enter earlier than the check-in time, gave all the tips and help. I have only praise because everything was very clean and the location is next to the Airport. Nearby there are easy supermarkets and everything very quiet. I recommend it to everyone because the cost benefit is incredible.
