The next door Cherry Grove Pier offers snack bar and an ocean front restaurant & full bar (including tropical frozen drinks) to eat in or to pick up and bring back to your beach chairs. This unit is professionally managed by Rental Leaf LLC and offers flexible check in and 24/7 service for emergencies and to ensure you have all your needs met during your vacation. Unit 307 will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and will include bath towels and bed linens as well as a fully equipped kitchen. Pier Watch Villas I is direct oceanfront with beautiful unobstructed views. (Villas II & III are 2nd row). We are ideally located in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach offering both a quiet and "beachy" feel while still being a short walk/drive to shopping/groceries/restaurants/golf/waterparks/Bearfoot Landing/shows/amenities/aquariums/etc. IMPORTANT NOTES: - Beginning in 2020 No Motorcycles or Trailer Parking - No pets allowed in this unit (and unfortunately we are unable to make any exceptions to this rule) - No parties - Potential guests (with no one over under the age of 24) will be required to notify me prior to booking. I will be willing to discuss options with you to book the unit (without someone over the age of 24) between Sept 7th and May 15th only.

Two years in a row that we rented this condo and everything was outstanding. Facility is exactly as described. Plenty of room for 18 adults and 4 children. Fully equipped and furnished. Property management and office staff (John and Karen) were outstanding. Will rent again next time.

This was our second year staying in this location. The kitchen has everything needed. The view is stunning!! The pool was warm. Lots of space for everyone. We had 8 adults.
The space was not as clean as the previous year. I did report our concerns to management and they immediately responded, everyone I spoke with was very friendly.
It would be nice to have updated living room furniture it sits very low and it’s hard for us older folks to get out of. It’s not very comfortable (but again we are an older group).
Beds were big and comfortable.
Again, it’s a great place just could have been cleaner.

This is a beautiful place to enjoy a group vacation at the beach. The first thing we noticed when we arrived was that it met or exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was so well equipped -no shortage of anything. We enjoyed the beach, but we also enjoyed our porch and pool time. You won’t be disappointed.

First time staying in this building after coming to the Cherry Grove area for the last 30 years. Nice unit overall. Some of the descriptions of the Bedrooms and bathrooms weren't exactly as expected. Would have been nice to know more about the layout of the unit. Also, we found it very difficult to navigate all the TVs and how to use them. Directions for use in each room would have been very helpful, as well as labeling the remotes for proper usage. Though well stocked with most needs in the kitchen, a drain board as well as kitchen drying towels would have been nice. Dollar store was close by which solved the issue. For a unit which held so many people, the refrigerator lacked depth though it was very wide. The one call to the rental team prior to arrival, was frustrating related to the individual I spoke to having minimal knowledge of the unit or area. We found that interesting.
Never the less, our stay was great and our large family enjoyed being together.

We spent the week with our adult children and family friends with whom we have traveled with for 20 plus years! The "children" (20-35) had such a wonderful time reconnecting and reliving their youth! This place was PERFECT! Everyone had their own space to escape to when needed. I have NEVER seen a rental property kitchen so fully stocked with cooking utensils, serving platters, silverware, etc.! It was truly phenomenal! We cooked in 4 nights~ it was so convenient! We even used the charcoal grills downstairs.
Helpful things to know~ Unlike large complexes, there are no carts to bring your stuff up with (we did have our wagon) and the elevator is VERY slow but large. Parking is tight but acceptable. You may need to park across the street but the vacant lot on the corner will be built on soon.
Our only true disappointment was the closure of the pier due to reconstruction from the hurricane in 2022. All NMB articles stated it would reopen in March, but as of June 2023, it still has far to go. It looked like the "repair machine" is broken down! We booked this location SPECIFICALLY for the special needs teenager who loves to fish but is not a beach bug. Unfortunately he spent much of his time in his room. He would have been on that pier the every day for the entire day had it been open.

We all enjoyed our stay the rooms were clean and looked just like the pictures online. The location is great easy to get to the stores and boardwalk. We really enjoyed having a hot tub and pool and maintenance was excellent also I can’t forget Julie for her excellent service she made finding the place and checking in so easy the service was great . We would recommend and come back again.

Everything about this week has been amazing. The property was phenomenal. The kitchen and living area was perfect. Every bedroom was beautifully decorated. The entire place was great. The staff was amazing as well. Very prompt and Amber even helped us take stuff to our room. Thank you for such an amazing condo that we thoroughly enjoyed. The only suggestions we would like to make: a luggage carrier and the dining room chairs are not comfortable at all.
Everything else was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean and spacious! I was able to communicate my needs to the property manager easily and received prompts responses. Located within a few minutes from groceries and a few miles for other shopping. My family loved being so close to the beach! I would highly recommend to others and return in the future!

My brother and I celebrated our birthdays together; and this property was the perfect choice. My family and I had a wonderful experience. The property was nice and very clean. The location is great. Management is very friendly and responds promptly to messages. My only suggestion is to add a luggage cart, otherwise everything was great.
