The property was clean and airy, lots of natural light. Very comfortable for family of 4. We stayed for almost 3 weeks. The host was easy to contact and responsive both before and during our stay. There weren’t any hand towels but the host helped to resolve that. The cleaning service could have been better because we were there for multiple weeks. The cleaning lady was lovely and came after the first week, we expected a second clean and had prearranged it but it didn’t happen. We also reported the shower and bathtub were extremely slow to drain water. I don’t know if this was resolved after we left. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our home away from home.

The apartment is very spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. The host was very responsive and took care of us well. Highly recommend!

Property is spacious and comfortable for 4 people. It is a 10 minute walk to the closest tub station and there is a small grocery store about a 5 minute walk. The owner is available and checked in with us in the first couple to days to be sure we did not have questions about getting around London or about the unit. The unit is part of a large complex but is on the ground floor at the corner of the building with the parking spot right outside. This made getting luggage and other stuff in and out of the unit very easy. The unit also has a lot pots and dishes if you are cooking.
