Great place stay here!

The condo was perfect for 3 couples. The kitchens has everything you need to cook, has basics and store is close. The great table on patio with stunning views make meals in fun. Plenty of space. The Property Manager was fantastic making sure we received all communications. We had a very short power outage while we were there, I reached out and in minutes I knew it was island wide and had a way to track it. Power was out a short time about 15-20 minutes and all was fine. Remembering you are on an island and these things can happen is important we were not worried and just enjoyed the patio. The pool is great. The beach is steps away and the tide pools are full of life. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful property overall, but this penthouse unit has the best views. Condo is well equipped, and property manager Alexia is cordial and responsive.

Communication prior to our stay was off to a great start. Alexia was very responsive and answered our questions ahead of our stay. The week before travel I received the gate code but no direction about check in process. When we arrived, there was no on site office or manager to guide us in the process to retrieve the unit keys. The host gave us no contact information with how to reach her and the blue sky office was closed. We provided our flight and contact information, and realizing she did not share the lock box code, she would have contacted us with more information. We were fortunate we ran into another realtor who was fantastic! He called a colleague at Blue Sky named "Kat" who was truly remarkable...she communicated the code to retrieve the keys to the unit, and made sure we had everything we needed. She even sent us her cellphone in case we had any additional questions or needed further assistance. The unit had beautiful views, grounds, beach, pool, amenities and was spacious, but did not have working internet service, bathroom fans did not work, front bedroom air conditioner was broken(fortunately there was a fan in the living room) and we had to handwash clothes as the wash machine was not working. Even in the welcome book, it states you can only wash small loads ie. One towel at a time. With just a few undergarments in the washer the tub bounced around and we could not continue to use it. Had we known the washer did not work, we would have packed differently.

Our family of six greatly enjoyed our stay. St. Croix is a very welcoming island and this condo complex felt very safe.

AC in bedroom with twin beds was very loud. And make it known that there is no elevator in the complex. It was hard to walk up 3 floors for some of us that. The TV didn’t work for cable. Only Netflix was available. Other than that the place was great! The views were spectacular!!

Proximity to the beach was wonderful as well as the view of the water. The condo had everything we needed and relaxing on the spacious patios was a plus.

We enjoyed our stay at La Grande Princesse. It was clean, spacious and was exactly as advertised. The views from the balconies were magnificent. The easy access to the beach was wonderful as we walked the beach multiple times a day. Management checked with us the evening we arrived to see if we got there ok. We appreciated that they reached out. The pool and hot tub were a great addition. We would highly recommend staying here. Thank you for a great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient to town groceries & all other activities. The bar/restaurant at The Palms next door (walking distance was great). The condo complex was beautifully maintained and our unit had every thing you could need and more. Property Manager Alexia was on top of all communications and addressed any issues quickly. Really appreciated all the extras, soaps, spices, plush towels etc... Dropped our suitcases and we were ready to go. This is a third floor unit, so prepare for the stairs. We used it as an excuse for more great food and cocktails. We can't wait to return.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this spacious condo. Everything in the listing and pictures were exactly as expected. Very well appointed kitchen and lots of extra amenities were available as well. Beautiful pool and grounds, but the views from the two balconies is incredible and our favorite part. The location is also great. Easy drive to grocery store and town but also centralized to explore all areas of the island. We always felt very safe and met many friendly locals and visitors at the condo complex. The property manager was also very helpful and reached out several times to ensure we had everything we needed. We hope to visit and stay here again.

Our family was looking for a beachfront, affordable condo close proximity to activities, restaurants. My husband, 16-year old son, myself and my parents made our first trip to the island June 1-8th 2022. We were very pleased with the condo and the location. It’s important to note that on island, there are all different types of homes and areas-all mixed. Unfortunately, the results of the hurricanes of several years ago still show up here and there. That said, we saw some refurbishment happening in several places as well! Back to the unit-while not new, it was more than adequate for our needs! New bedding, towels, beach towels, snorkel equipment, outdoor furniture cushions..more than enough towels and extra bedding available if needed. All furniture was in great shape and appropriate. Outdoor furniture on both porches was was appreciated-downstairs a table and chairs and 2 sets of loungers along with a grill; upstairs had several loungers and little tables as well. Beds were adequate, probably my least favorite part but I still slept well! A/C was adequate, a unit in each room. The one in the LR was a bit difficult to figure out. The kitchen was well-appointed and had all we needed including a great coffee selection and some condiments/spices. The best part was the incredible view! This is the very back unit and you can see palm trees and water clear through to Buck Island. The sunrises are amazing! The contact for the condo was so prompt and responsive both before, during and after our stay. Very informative prior to our stay when we had several questions. During our stay when we had a fluke water issue, our contact dropped water off quickly for us to use and followed up with us regularly. The condo grounds are gated and well tended (including the pool restrooms). The pool area is beautiful and empty most of the time we were there. The condo was walkable across either the parking lot or beach to a restaurant. The beachfront is passable, not a great place to swim but there is a small beach close about 5 minutes away. The overall location of the condo was perfect! 2 minutes from a grocery store and 10 minutes from downtown. Lots of little extras at the condo-shampoo, body wash, paper towels, TP! Things we might have missed packing. We were very pleased and would definitely stay there again!
