Fantastic location! Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, a bakery on one side and a pizzeria on the other! There's a corner market for a quick grab, and it's close to everything. Very walkable if you're an urbanite, and very bikeable too. Bike and scooter share is available. Beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and both the veranda and the shared deck were great!

The beds were comfortable, the unit was perfect! Great location! Less than a mile walking from the Space Needle and Pikes Place! Secure building and designated secure garage parking! Small convenient store on the street level along with an amazing cafe and delicious pizza place! We will definitely be staying in this unit in the future!

No air conditioning and it was 88 deg. I assume normally it would be ok. The rep met us in an alley behind the condos thinking we had a car when we had said we didn’t. Came into the warm condo and opened a closet to find a fan and the closet door fell off. Turned on the lights and only 2 of the 5 worked. Plugged in the fan and the front fell off and the fan blades hit the side when we turned it on. Very frustrating but a nice condo. It just needs some TLC.

Location, location, location.
If you’re looking for a great location when visiting Seattle for an event to climate, pledge arena, we highly recommend this Belltown location. Quick and easy walk to Pike Place market as well. Beautiful views of the waterfront and sunsets from the seventh floor outdoor patio. Lovely to have Macrina bakery right downstairs near the lobby for great breakfast coffee and pastries. So convenient to have secure parking as well. There’s a smart TV in the living room so you’re able to stream movies and television through your own subscription services.

The location of this rental was great, and there were some upsides, such as spaciousness, and having 2 bathrooms for 5 adults was welcomed. Also enjoyed having the gym onsite and parking.
Now for the downsides, and these are all easily fixed with a personal touch. You can tell this is a rental run by Vacasa. No Kpods, only one trash bag, sandpaper tp, and terrible blinds that barely worked. Also the couch was very uncomfortable and needed another chair in the living room.
The check-in process was also terrible-we had to wait for someone to show up, and even though we scheduled ahead of time, they were 10 minutes late. Check out time was super early, check in time was late. Also wifi was extremely slow, but got better-ish after rebooting router. All and all those small inconveniences are easily remedied. If you plan to mostly explore and only sleep here, again location is great. Hopefully Vacasa will think of some amenities and add that personal touch to what could be a great condo.

great location and restaurants near by. However, only negative was AC didnt work and water pressure was low.

Nice condo with separated bedrooms. Perfect for 2 friends checking out Seattle. Close walk to everywhere. Thank you

Great location. Lots of homeless people outside of the building on the ext block over, but stay in a group and you will be fine.
As far as the rental, it could have been cleaner. The carpet had dust balls and fuzz all over it in the master bedroom and closet as well as the other bedroom. I don’t think it has been vacuumed in a while. Sheets and bed were comfy. Shower was great as well!
One other thing that we did not care for, is that there is NO AIR CONDITIONING. It was so hot!
If you like AC, then do not book this rental.
Parking was easy as well, and felt safe in the underground garage.

Visited Seattle on a work trip with a work colleague. It was nice to come home to the apartment and each have our own space to relax. The ceiling light/fan did not work in one of the bedrooms but otherwise the apartment was great. We made coffee in the morning and enjoyed baked goods from the bakery next door on the ground floor. The location in the city was really great, with views of the water. I would stay there again.

Great location, easy access, convenient shared patio area, comfortable beds, nearby convenience store and only several blocks to the Pike Place market.

My recent Vrbo stay in Seattle was fantastic! The location was perfect, as it was close to everything we wanted to explore. The convenience of being near attractions, restaurants, and shops made our trip even more enjoyable. The accommodation itself was comfortable, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. The host was friendly and responsive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. I highly recommend this Vrbo property for anyone visiting Seattle. Thank you for a great stay

The place was very clean and cozy; really enjoyed the actual apartment. The water had been shut off and there was a leak in the kitchen as we entered they had worked on but was not resolved. It’s understandable but they had to come back while we were out and it really scared my dog who stayed back during that time. It was just a lot at the time of check in after traveling. Then the bathtub was clogged but I shared with my friends and used their shower.
My biggest complaint is about the advertising of being dog friendly. I picked this place seeing grass in the courtyard. The listing didn’t say the dogs couldn’t use the couryard grass which was fake grass. We are from Arizona and dogs use that grass all the time and we hose it down because we don’t get rain. The door to the couryard was not super clear dogs couldn’t use the grass and the guide in the apartment made mention to please clean up after dogs in the yard. It was so confusing. I took my dog down to the grass and two people who must work for the building scolded and threatened me with a fine and then kept their eye on me the rest of our time there. After the interaction with them I took my dog out around the building but we couldn’t find any suitable place for pet relief and we walked around a lot. It’s hard for dogs who don’t live and use the bathroom in concrete. The whole experience with this was extremely stressful. My pet came as a service animal to me. I felt like the staff was after me it was bizzare.

The location was great, near many attractions. Lots of room for our family and well equipped. The amenities were great. A few things need attention and were reported to management. Otherwise enjoyed our stay.

This is a nice property in a central location. We were there several days ahead of a cruise. In the future, i would not stay here primarily due to the check in process. We arrived early in the day and I was hoping to drop off luggage and then go see some sites. However, this property manager is adamate about checking in at 4 - and refused to let us drop off luggage. We had a 2 bedroom condo and all day i was told we could not arrive early. Its very likely the unit was ready prior to 4, but certainly can't be expected. Do not plan your day hoping to check in early or having a place to drop your luggage - it's not allowed here. Not only that, but the property team was pretty rude about it. I wont go back, and certainly if you are arriving early ahead of a cruise - stay atca hotel, it will be much more convenient, include breakfast, and allow you to drop off your luggage. I spoke with 3 other families there for thecsame reason (ahead of a cruise) - all 3 families said they wished theyd stayed at a hotel.

The location was perfect. We were able to walk anywhere.

I liked the facilities of the accommodation and the location in relation to the activities in SEATTLE. Almost everything was within walking distance.

We loved the well appointed kitchen which allowed us to eat in when we wanted to, although there were some good options for eating nearby, especially the Macrina bakery downstairs and Hawaiian Ohana restaurant 5 minutes away.
A ten minute walk to Pike markets, 10-15 minutes to Spaceneedle and 20 minutes to Union Lake.
Need to be alert and aware while walking around at night especially near Bell street.
Comfortable for a family with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge room. Overall a great stay.

Great location. The host contacted late which made access to the condo difficult when it was checking time. The towels shed. Was clean and a great location

Good location, free parking, very nice apartment

Great location, super clean. Only “issue”- strongly encourage owner to get AC. Condo is on the 7th floor, during summer, fans inside don’t do the trick.

Very clean, great location. Super easy to work with!

Central and in close proximity to great eateries. Only a few blocks from waterfront to west, pike place market to south and Seatle Center/space needle to north.

Location was great!!! There’s a pizza place and a market next door with several other options close by. Just a few blocks from Pike Place Market. The balcony of the unit opens to the garden but the community patio offers a nice view (especially at sunset) of the Olympic Mountains. The beds, pillows and comforter were AMAZING! We appreciated the sense of safety at the complex.

This unit is in the Belltown district, which recently has seen an increase in crime (according to Seattle police reports). That means there are lots of complications with check in, and ingress/egress from the building.
Also, during warm weather you are forced to leave the windows open and fans at high speed to keep the unit cool. However, multiple garbage collections daily at 7am and 7:30am means you will be awakened to extremely loud crashing and banging of dumpsters, chains and breaking glass.
Otherwise the unit it nice and accommodated my family and I well. There are lots of good restaurants, including Pike Place Market within walking distance.

This place was lovely and central to all we wanted to do in Seattle.

Old building but decent location. The unit was clean and spacious and accommodated a family of four (2 adults, 2 children) plus 2 more adults comfortably. Overall the unit was adequate.
Pros: location, clean and close to lots of restaurants and bars. Beds were comfortable and plenty of extra pillows and blankets.
Cons:
The unit has no A/C and was extremely hot even with all the windows open.
The unit also does not have adequate blinds in either bedrooms or the main room where the sleeper sofa is. The rooms were extremely bright in the morning…it felt like it was 2pm when it was really 6am. This, combined with the heat made sleeping almost impossible.
There is no seating on the patio which seemed odd.
We knew we would have to provide our own items such as toilet paper, coffee etc however we have never stayed at a place that was so cheap we toilet paper! We expected more than 1 roll in each bathroom. Seems a bit ungenerous for 6 people.

Property was clean and well-stocked. Could use a couple extra seats in the tv area, but we made do. The neighborhood can be a bit loud at all hours. Overall a great stay with easy walking distance to lots of attractions.

The only challenge we faced was that there is no air conditioning in the building which made for an uncomfortable evening in 80 degree weather. We recognize this wouldn't be an issue most of the year.
4.0
We loved staying here. Great for a small family, or two couples. If you need to bathe small kids, just beware the small-sized hot water heater can’t accommodate a full bath so plan accordingly. It’ll take a few minutes to get more hot water. The no A/C wasn’t a problem most of the time, but the city does get a little noisy at night, so if you can’t sleep with the windows open in summer it may be wise to consider a place with AC. We slept hot one of the nights. The vacasa staff were super helpful at check in and in responding to text messages about the hot water running out. Would recommend!
