To the left, you'll see our main lounge area, which is complete with two couches, two lounge chairs and our 65" Sony Smart TV with Apple TV and a Sonos sound system. You'll also see our bike-inspired console, which is an ode to the extensive bike trails in NWA!  Between the lounge area and the kitchen, you'll see our 8-top dining table as well as 3 barstools lined up against our stunning granite island. Our kitchen is fully-stocked with all the luxury amenities you'll need to create your favorite meal or baked good!  Upstairs, you'll find our second lounge area, which features a long couch, lounge chair and 38" Samsung Smart TV. At the end of the day, settle into one of our 3 luxury bedrooms. Choose from (1) our Master bedroom, which is complete with a King bed, closet, 38-inch Sony Smart TV and en suite bath with shower. (2) Our Queen bedroom, which is complete with a closet, desk, desk chair and nearby bath. (3) Our third bedroom, which is complete with a Queen bed, closet, vanity, vanity chair and nearby bath. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Other Things to Note: House Rules Strictly Enforced: Parties that result in disturbances, property damage, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1000. Pets discovered at the property without prior notice will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
