Newly remodeled 3 bedroom 1 bath with heated floors in kitchen. New Kitchen aide appliances and new washer / dryer. Spacious backyard with gazebo and fire pit! Kitchen and bathrooms are both stocked with essentials. Only 5-10 minutes from shopping, restaurants, and entertainment! Please note: Property damage coverage is required! Cost is $59. Pets are accepted upon approval. Please message us prior to booking if you will be traveling with a pet.

Very convenient for visiting with nearby family. The home is very clean, comfortable and we always travel with my service dog. This home makes our travels much more enjoyable. Thank you from L&D and Rhona

Our family of 6 stayed here while visiting family and friends. We felt comfortable and it worked well for us, we were initially concerned about the one bathroom since there were 6 of us ( my husband and 4 teen and adult aged children) but it worked fine. There’s a full length mirror which we used as an additional mirror for doing hair and makeup instead of using the bathroom.
It’s a comfortable house and neighborhood and I’d recommend it.

Came over did a work training. I needed to travel with young children and my childcare. But this location didn’t disaappinr. Beds were amazing, shower awesome, location awesome, and expectations clearly communicated. Would a million times recommend.

My dad and step-mom live in Lacey so we wanted a comfortable place for them to come over and visit with grandkids and great grand kids, this was perfect! The big back yard and covered area with table and comfortable chairs and bbq was great, the house so comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. We visited the Seattle Aquarium and Pikes Market and Childrens Museum in Olympia as well. We needed to stay an extra night as there were fires around Cheney and Medical Lake were we are from and the host was very helpful. Planning to stay again next summer. :)

The home was very clean and well appointed. Had everything we needed except a tea kettle(first world problems!)
If you book you need to have full understanding that bedroom number 3 is a double bunk bed, so if you have 8 people in your group, you need to understand 4 people will be sharing a room.

Very convenient location. Very comfortable, well stocked home. Updated, clean, and safe. Great to come back to after a day out hiking and playing. Will book again when visiting our family.

The house was a perfect fit for our family as we we in Lacey for a funeral. Quiet neighborhood and large backyard gave us the room for our family, and the updated interior was quite comfortable and clean. Our family all was quite happy with the accommodations.

What a great little home to set up base camp while visiting family for the holidays. We are a family of 5 with a 12 year old daughter and 10 year old boys so this setup was just right with bunks for the boys and a separate room for my daughter. The property was clean and well taken care of with all the little details thought of all the way down to umbrellas by the door. We appreciate the property owner making check in easy and having everything we would need already taken care of. Definitely will keep this property on the top of my list for future visits!!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is centrally located and very well thought out. We loved the neat as a pin interior and the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. The seasonal decorations were fun. We had excellent communication with Jené. Would to return.

This little home fit our family of 8 just fine. The kids enjoyed the backyard and fire pit. The updated kitchen was nice to cook in. The home was close enough to the area's national parks and an easy drive into Seattle. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable updated home in Lacey (Olympia) WA
This was one of the most comfortable homes we have rented in many years. Well laid out, updated everything, well located. Quiet neighborhood, walkable area, nothing missing from either the home or the area.
If you have kids or a small animal, the back yard is great, and fully fenced, with a really good shelter, table, and chairs for outside eating.
We were surprised to see the size of the home when (I'm a bit nosy) when I looked it up on Zillow. It seemed much larger than the posted size.

We traveled by car & had to stay in other places on the way to Olympia and none were as clean as this one.
We felt comfortable knowing they put a lot of effort in that. Cute place!

Beds and living room were very comfortable. We had our dog and they have a great fenced back yard. Super clean and has everything you need. Heated kitchen floors were an added bonus. Would stay here again!
