This house is very clean and beautiful.Has anything you would need here.The only thing I’m not happy with is check in at 4 but you have to check out at 10:00.That’s to early.Other than that it’s a great place to rent

The house was wonderful, very comfortable and an abundant supply of excellent kitchen items along with a cupboard full of spices. Everything you would want or need and then some!
Beds very comfortable, lighting and decor very pleasing and enjoyable.
Just wasn't too sure about the surrounding area at first as several homes were in run down condition, but we felt safe once settled in.
We would highly recommend this home!

The Coastal Cottage was the perfect house for our recent family vacation to St. Augustine. The location was perfect for site seeing as well as amenities such as groceries and restaurants. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and exactly as pictured. It was also fully stocked with all of the necessities and more! Bill, the property manager, was great. He made sure we knew how to reach him if necessary and made sure we had all the information we needed to get settled.
Just a heads up to any light sleepers thinking of renting… bring a noise machine or ear plugs as there are train tracks and roosters near by. The light sleepers in our group were woken multiple times in the night. The heavy sleepers in the family were just fine.
We would all like to visit St Augustine again one day, and if we do, we would absolutely rent the Coastal Cottage again, but I will bring a sound machine with me next time.

The Coastal Cottage was an excellent place to stay for our visit. It was in close proximity and driving distance to everything we wanted to see and do. The house was immaculate on the inside and very quiet during our stay. We specifically wanted to recognize and praise Bill, the caretaker during our stay. He was always very responsive, helpful, and extremely attentive to our questions and any assistance we needed. The property is in a very quiet neighborhood, and there are coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, and an outstanding fresh seafood vendor within 3-5 minutes of the property. The landscaping of the home is just beautiful, with excellent places to relax at the front and rear of the home. Really can't say enough about Bill.......we'd give him 10 stars if we could. If you have any interest in history at all, try not to miss the Spanish Fort and the St. Augustine lighthouse. There is history everywhere you look in this town. Exemplary property!

The home has been remodeled and touts lots of extras, like massage chair in main bedroom, updated kitchen appliances of all kinds, and outside motion sensor lighting. The layout lends itself to families with an open dining/living room arrangement and a large comfy reclining sofa beyond the long kitchen. We watched large TVs in every room. Bill has given attention to detail in this home. It is only a few minutes to most attractions in St. Augustine. We enjoyed our stay!

We were three sisters. We do a sisters trip every year. This year was my pick. My other two sisters had never been there. The cottage is a dream. Everything was perfect. Including, Bill, the property manager. The cottage is in an old neighborhood so you have some old and some new remodeled houses. You need a car to get to downtown and the parking is sparse but we got a two day pass for the hop on and hop off bus and parked there. You can do everything from that bus. We did a lot of walking too and had a great trip. Ate two times at Harry’s. Loved the Flagler college tour. You have to sign up in advance for that but full of local history.

Stayed four nights at this recently built lovely home in St. Augustine. Our trip was originally scheduled for June, but due to our an accident our young grandson sustained, we were able to request and receive a delay until October, when he was healed. Very thankful to the owner for accommodating us and Gen, who intervened on our behalf.
Home was in a very quiet neighborhood. Next door a home was being built, but the workmen were very respectful about not beginning work too early and not making a lot of noise as they worked. As many have indicated, the interior was beautifully and comfortably decorated, very clean, and extremely well stocked. Enjoyed the main living area open floor plan. Each room has a large TV, wi-fi was good, and beds were very comfortable. Truly felt like home away from home. Bob, the caretaker, was very personable, and accommodating. He proactively contacted me by text multiple times to make sure all was well and assure us that if we needed anything to please contact him. He also provided referrals for places of amusement to see and take our four-year old grandson to while in St. Augustine. During our stay, we made s’mores in the fire pit in the backyard and lit sparklers at night. The property was perfectly located close to the beach, fort and downtown shopping area. Thank you again for a lovely stay in this beautiful home.

The house was so nice! The style and quality along with beautiful landscaping made our stay very pleasant.
It was very roomy with a high quality kitchen which was well stocked. High end appliances including washer dryer added to the appeal. While in a residential area, it was only a quick drive to wherever we wanted to go.
Bill was extremely attentive before, during and upon leaving to assure we had a great stay. 100% recommend this house for a variety of people/family accommodations.

We stayed 3 nights, it was absolutely beautiful. Every car rental we had bottomed out on driveway entryway. We borrowed boards from new construction next door and were able to make it work. The slope grade really needs to be altered. Otherwise, it was legit perfect.

We loved our trip to St. Augustine. I loved the location of Coastal Cottage, close to the activities but yet away from the action. I think it was about a mile away from the historic part. It was ideal. It’s a new house in an established neighborhood, they look like they are trying to give the neighborhood a facelift. It was perfect for us. The cottage was perfect, so clean, nice outside space, front and back. Bed in master bedroom was awesome, along with a massage chair. Both needed at the end of a busy day. The communication with Bill was great. He checked on us and was always very fast with a response. We would stay again and recommend to others. Thanks for the mints, I left an almond joy…. Lol. 5 stars.

The property was perfect for 2 couples. It was very tastefully decorated & well stocked with everything needed plus more! The caretaker, Bill Downey, was a delight & very attentive without being intrusive. The home is in an old neighborhood that is slowly being revitalized. You will see newer homes as well as some that need some TLC. We felt safe & enjoyed the local history that St Augustine offers!

This is a wonderful cottage with everything we needed. The property manager, Bill, was extremely helpful and was available "24 seven". I can see that the neighborhood is being gentrified with many lovely homes nearby and some other homes that need more tender loving care. We enjoyed eating at restaurants in the historic district of St Augustine that is only 5 minutes (or less) by car.

This rental is a new build with current decor. Beautiful interior and kitchen. Everything you need to complete your vacation. Bill the Caretaker was very responsive and attentive. He checked with us several times to make sure we were comfortable and everything was satisfactory. We highly recommend this rental to our VRBO community. We will definitely be back. You will love the rooster waking you up in the morning.

This welcoming, well-appointed home was such a great space to relax and refuel for a few days after a nonstop week in Disney. The property manager, Bill, is amazing and is the epitome of southern hospitality. He’s just a text away and is very responsive and helpful. From the property, it’s a short drive to historic St. Augustine and about a 20-minute drive to the beaches. The featured amenities, including the gas grill and the beach tent, made our stay comfortable and carefree. We certainly recommend it 100%!

This property was outstanding. Our host, Bill, was welcoming, attentive, and helpful. The home was spotless, comfortable and expertly appointed. We were close to the historic attractions and the beach. It was convenient to get to Publix and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked with all you need to cook. The backyard was lovely too with a cute sitting area. This was perfect!!

This was a new home with all the amenities you need in a vacation home. Close to downtown. Roosters are roaming the neighborhood so if you like a dawn wake up call this is the alarm you want. Great communication with Bill the property custodian. No problems at all.

This was by far the best Cottage to stay in. The way the bedrooms were set up was perfect for us. The open living space was great. Kitchen was beyond well stocked. The available spices were amazing. We used the large capacity washer and dryer. I took advantage of the message chair. Was really nice. Kim did a wonderful job. Highly recommend the Cottage

This property met our needs nicely for a wedding in the St. Augustine area. We were able to have extended family come over to visit and eat meals. The backyard grill and fire pit were really nice. And the massage chair in the master bedroom was a bonus!

The Coastal Cottage was perfect for our family vacation to St. Augustine. Beautiful furnishings in the living space, very comfortable beds and bedding, fully equipped kitchen with every utensil and tool we needed. Our son (9) especially loved the bunk bed room - he had lots of fun in there playing games and watching his shows while the grown ups were in the living room. The location was great - a very short drive to the Historic District or to beaches, and an even shorter drive to a grocery stores. The area was very quiet - we could hear owls at night and roosters in the distance in the morning. The local host Kim was very informative and communicative (we didn't need anything during our visit, but she was in touch prior to check in, and at check out). There were perfect little touches throughout the cottage like umbrellas to use on the one very rainy day we had and extra K-cup pods that got us by after we ran out of the ones we brought with us. We all agree that we will book the Coastal Cottage again for our next trip to St. Augustine as long as we're lucky enough for it to be available!

Kim was excellent; extremely helpful and on top of everything. The place was super clean and really nice. Had everything we needed. Very cool and quiet neighborhood. Loved sitting out on the front deck and hearing the birds fill the air with their songs.

This was the absolute perfect house. They had the whole house stocked with all the necessities and everything in between! The house was beautiful inside and outside. From the moment you open the door, you are impressed. The house smelt welcoming. The bedrooms were impeccably decorated and clean. The kitchen had everything you could need. Stocked with every type of appliance from air fryer to panning maker. Coffee makers, condiments, utensils and paper goods. The shampoo, conditioner and body soap all there for your arrival. Plenty of towels, blankets, pillows and even an extra blowup mattress and beach tent. There was a grill (stay not long enough to use) and lovely outdoor furniture too. Close proximity to everything. The property manager Kim, was extremely prompt to respond to calls and very detail/attention oriented. Thank you for such a perfect stay in a lovely home.

What an adorable place! Everything was as pictured and MORE. This home is really well cared for and very clean. The hostess was super responsive and proactive, making us feel welcome and answer all of our questions promptly. She even helped us retrieve items forgotten after we checked out! Would definitely stay again!
