HOUSE RULES: 1. There is absolutely no smoking allowed inside our home. Security Deposit required of $350. 2. We cannot allow any pets due to the owner's severe allergies. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $100 and you will be asked to leave. 3. This is a coastal community and therefore prone to storms. We do not offer refunds for weather or natural disasters and recommend you purchase travel insurance if this is a concern of yours. 4. Booking guest must be 25 years of age. The booking guest must be a member of the group staying at the property. Booking guest must also be verified through AirBnB with a Government Issued ID and provide the owner a front and back copy of state issued drivers license or ID upon request prior to checking in. 5. Booking guest must sign Renter Agreement prior to checking in. 6. Booking guest must pay $350 refundable security deposit prior to check in.
