This was a great place very close to downtown Seattle. Very clean with fun views. I would recommend arriving during the daylifht as finding it and parking was tricky at night.

The location is very central to many local point of interests! We walked downtown and also to the locks! Overall the unit was what was advertised!

Despite the poor ratings, we decided to try this spot out since it was fairly affordable. We have stayed at several longterm vacation rentals in Seattle and this was the worst one by far. It reeked of cigarette smoke and of the chemical cleaners that they tried to cover the smell with. The upstairs neighbor held loud parties 3 out of the 4 weekends of our stay. The internet connection is weak (bad for zoom calls/wfh). The mattress is very lumpy/uncomfortable and the couch has a sharp point ? going across the back of the seat. Sure it's a fine location and the kitchen is nice, but I would really urge you to stay somewhere else. Maybe only consider it for 1-2 day stays if you plan on being out of the house most of the time.

super cozy, clean, and have all the things I need for a quick night getaway from the kids. Will definitely come back

I really loved how clean and cozy it was!! I would give it a 5 except the one thing that I was surprised about was the additional fees. They advertised it as $153 for 3 nights and most of the hotels were above $300 for 3 nights. I could have stayed in a hotel where food is provided and walking distance from attractions. Lesson learned for next time.
I think it would have been nice to know in advance about all the additional fees that made my stay a total of $452. Which for me the hotel would have been a better stay as Uber was expensive due to the high gas prices and Queen Anne was not close enough to walk to places like Pike's Place. The noise coming from the upstairs was a bit much but they do mention it in the advertisement.

The price was very reasonable, and the overall experience was top notch. Clean housing, nice location and great service from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a small, quiet residence that’s close to downtown. But not too close 😉

The unit overall is nice. For non-techni, Roku TV is difficult to watch news. Needs a private screen on glass door. No extra toilet paper. Moss on steps is hazardous when wet. Parking grass weeds on slight slope was slippery while newly cut.

We spent a week at this property and here were the pros and cons that we found.
Pros: 1) location was no more than 15-20 minutes away from all of the main attractions (space needle, miners landing, restaurants etc…) 2) having a parking spot was convenient. The streets are very tight/congested in this neighborhood. 3) the location appeared exactly as described in the photos.
Cons: 1) it was dirty…..there were strange stains on the couch, grit and food stains on the counters and stove and crumbs on the floor. One of the things I look for in a rental is white linens because it usually means that a place is clean enough to keep up with the white linens however this was not the case. The towels were worn and had a lot of hairs/lint woven in to them and the mattress had a coating of hairs on the sheets and I mean a COATING. The bathroom also had a dirty rubber mat (turning gray) and there were remnants of other peoples hair on the walls. The shower curtain liner was also filthy and showed signs of mold. We were immediately uncomfortable. We were sent a survey asking about the cleanliness of the property but we didn’t feel comfortable addressing it until we left because the owners lived on property and we had several plans which required us to leave our belongings. It got to the point where we felt we needed to purchase our own bed linens and towels to feel semi comfortable. There was a washer/dryer however the sheets appeared to be so “lived in” that we didn’t bother. 3) stairs were steep, so definitely wouldn’t recommend if you have trouble lifting luggage or walking. 4) location a little difficult to find. An Uber would have trouble finding you if you aren’t renting a car.
