This year-round cozy cottage located in Ashville, NY features 4 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms with a lakefront sun-room and deck. The home includes a fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig and cooking supplies, linens, towels, and electric grill. Sleeps up to 12 people. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms with a total of 4 beds. Downstairs you will find one bedroom with a total of three beds - one bunk bed and one standalone bed - off the family room with a pull-out couch from IKEA. The family room has a large Smart TV and there is also a first-floor washer and dryer. Enjoy spectacular views of the lake with plenty of outdoor space and your own private dock and fire pit. The home is also stocked with plenty of fun games such as – Spikeball and cornhole. Free parking for up to six (6) cars is available. We’d appreciate it if you let us know as soon as you find out the need to extend your stay. We would like to inform you that we only allow extension requests until 12:00 am on your last day in the property. Any requests that come in after midnight while the cleaner is already scheduled for that day will have an additional cleaning fee. ✹ NOTE: We provide complementary consumables like toiletries which include soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, packets of creamer and sugar, and other bathroom amenities. Only 3 pets are allowed per reservation (More than 3 pets are negotiable, please seek host approval first before making the reservation) ✹ Pets must be house-trained and under their owner's control at all times. They should not be left unattended in the rental property at any time. ✹ Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, both indoors and outdoors.
