The house was perfect for our needs. It was spacious and clean as well as close to the beach and shops. After a day away, the pool and hot tub were a delight to come home to.

This home exceeded our expectations. The floorplan is spacious, the furniture is comfortable and attractive. All bedrooms have great decor and attractive linens. The bathrooms have counter space , good water pressure and are updated and clean. The kitchen is large , well stocked and has plenty of cabinet space. The screened porch in back, overlooks the pool and is very inviting. The backyard has a lovely pool and spa with clean water. We were able to find sun and shade at all times of day. The landscaping is truly beautuful and adds to the tranquil private vibe. We enjoyed this area very much and found it quiet and peaceful at all times of day. We would happily stay there again

The home has an incredible location and is very well stocked (bikes, beach gear, kitchen necessities). Michael the property manager was quick to respond with any needs or questions. We will definitely be returning next year.

We had an amazing stay in Naples! We were down for a football camp with my son and the house was perfect! A great pool and spa to soak in after a long day at the fields! The house was great and the beds were super comfortable. We loved being so close to the beach and great restaurants. Mike was fantastic and even got us in early! My only complaint was that we couldn’t stay longer! Thanks again for the hospitality!

We have been to Naples often to visit family. This was a great house and I always enjoy the Naples Park area, very convenient to everything, shopping, restaurants and beach. The house was perfect for us and having our son visit with our newest grandbaby! Highly recommend this property.

The layout of the house is roomy, with good separation of bedrooms and spacious baths. Screened in patio in the back overlooking pool was our favorite place to gather for morning coffee or an afternoon snack. Our host was responsive. Even bought new pool noodles for us and left them in the garage within 2 hours of our call. Highly recommend.

Great house with a nice layout and perfect for a longer stay. House has everything you need and I really enjoyed the hot tub. It's location is great. Well maintained property. The only drawback is you can't get wifi (or a good cell signal) in the lanai or by the pool (we almost bought extenders because it would have been nice to have wifi outside).

The property is exactly as pictured, perfect for 2-6 people. Our stay started about 10 days after Hurricane Ian hit. The property manager, Michael was excellent in his communication with us to make sure we were comfortable still coming and making sure we had what we needed to enjoy our stay. We were not able to enjoy and beaches, but we did enjoy the house thanks to Michael (& the pool).

this vacation rental has a true feel of being home! Walk in unpack and you have everything you need! We had a wonderful stay. We appreciated the dog friendliness of the home! The backyard was a perfect setting daily, for a rainbow! Encounter. Having the bicycles is a super nice touch. It was fun riding them to Mercato and to the beach!
