Stayed in the villa for 9 nights at the end of September beginning of October. The villa ticked all our boxes. Although well back from the hustle and bustle of Benalmadena center it was a haven to come back to and relax in the peace and quiet. The facilities especially the refurbished kitchen, the air con and excellent wifi ensured it was a like a home from home.

Prima. Het huis heeft wel hier en daar wel wat onderhoud nodig maar dit heeft geen negatieve stempel gedrukt op ons verblijf. Het waren ook geen zaken noodzakelijk voor ons prettige verblijf (anders hadden wij contact opgenomen met de eigenaar). Auto overigens geparkeerd aan de hoofdstraat; is geen enkel probleem.

We have just returned from a week in the villa and i have decided to leave a 5 star review as the villa was just as expected. In the interests of fairness i should note that the place is in need of a few repairs and a general lick of paint outside , dont book expecting to find yourself in a five star glamorous villa but do book if you want a comfy, clean and superbly equipped place to lay your head. We were so impressed with either the cleaners or the owners (not sure which) for the way in which they have allowed the villa to accumulate an unbelievable amount of generally useful items ...if you have forgotten something you can be pretty sure you will find it here, washing tabs, dishwasher tabs, loo rolls, kitchen rolls, salt, pepper, olive oil and just about anything you might need ...including when we arived 3 bottles of cava which we left for the next person.......this all made life so easy. The beds are super comfy, showers are lovely , outside furniture is brilliant and 4 new sunbeds were brilliant. Kitchen has everything you could ever wish for and more and the veiws from the terrace are lovely. cable car is a ten minute walk and Arroya a further 10 minutes down the road but bear in mind its all uphill on the way home . We tried to walk to the marina but found it a little too far. All in all a stress free rental and i wouldn't hesitate to reccomend it,

Wir haben die drei Wochen im Haus von Anica und Erik sehr genossen. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet und in einem guten Zustand. Für das Haus und die Lage gebe ich gerne 5 Sterne. Die in der Beschreibung angegebene Möglichkeit das Auto zu parkieren ist falsch und irreführend; Es gibt keinen Parkplatz auf dem Gelände des Hauses. Die Auffahrt zum Haus ist sehr steil und kann nur zum ein- und ausladen von Gepäck, Einkäufe etc. genutzt werden, beim Rückwärtsfahren zur Quartierstrasse ist grosse Vorsicht geboten. Eine weitere Möglichkeit zu parkieren ist unterhalb des Hauses in einer Sackgasse. Die Hälfte unsere 3 Wochen war jedoch das Ende der Strasse durch andere Fahrzeuge blockiert und wir mussten mit dem Auto jeweils rückwärts fahren um an einem geeigneten Ort zu wenden. Wir empfehlen an der Hauptstrasse (5 Minuten zu Fuss) zu parkieren. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hat es in der Nähe, eine Bäckerei und der grosse Markt (Freitag) ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar.

Vielleicht lag es an uns, aber die Suche nach dem Schlüssel und der Adresse hat sich als schwieriger herausgestellt als gedacht. Der uns mitgeteilte Parkplatz schien nicht ok zu sein, direkt nach der Ankunft hatten wir einen Zettel unterm Scheibenwischer auf dem sich jemand beschwert hat das wir uns dort hingestellt haben. Sauberkeit war leider nicht vorhanden, Kaffee-Maschine war nicht sauber, an Besteck und Tellern klebten noch Reste vom Essen der Vermieter, es war überall sehr staubig und aus den Abflüssen hat es schlimm gerochen - das Wasser lief auch schlecht ab. (Wir hatten vorab die Info bekommen das wir uns melden sollen wenn die Sauberkeit nicht unseren Vorstellungen entspricht, aber das war ein grundsätzliches Problem weswegen wir uns das gespart haben). Ansonsten ist das Haus traumhaft - die Ausstattung grundsätzlich gut und alles vorhanden was man sich wünschen kann. Den Grill haben wir nicht gefunden, haben aber auch nicht mehr nachgefragt. Toller Pool (ja, abgeplatzter Fliesen oder Rost, das empfanden wir aber nicht als störend). Tolle Aussicht und nette Gegend wenn man sowieso mit dem Auto unterwegs ist. Wir hatten eine nette Zeit, finden aber das hier das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis leider nicht gestimmt hat.
