Our insurance policy prohibits certain breeds so disclosure of your pet's size and breed is required. There is a multidirectional camera on the exterior of the property with views of the front and side doors for the safety of our guests & property. There are no cameras facing the interior of the property. FAQ's... Early check-in? - We cannot guarantee an early check-in. We use the precious little time we have to prepare the home for you! Assume check-in will be at 3pm but you can reach out a day before and we might be able to accommodate. If you NEED an early check in, consider booking the night before so you can check-in upon arrival. Late Check-out? - Maybe. It depends on our next guests. We will not guarantee a late check out until the weekend of your booking. Shoot a message and we will see if we can accommodate! If you need extra time, consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure. Luggage Drop Off? - Sometimes. Let us know what you need and how much stuff and we will try to accommodate. Can I book on behalf of a friend, family member, or co-worker? - No. Third party bookings are prohibited. Please have the person who is staying book themselves. Is the home suitable for children? - Sure is! We have a couple items that will help out. Pack n Play (upon request), toddler mattress, door at the top of the stairs, high chair, kid dinnerware & utensils. Can we bring pets? - Mostly yes! Pets are allowed with prior approval and deposit. We expect all guests to be listed on the reservation. If you are having people pop in, give us a heads up. We will not allow open invite parties or a number of people over what our city occupancy limit allows!
