Super nice and clean rooms. Bed is really comfortable and good working AC. We liked our stay so much that we extended for one more night. Location is really quite and can easily walk to the beach and Centro.

in a 3 nights stay they have never changed the towels. in front of the hotel they are building a new hotel so you will have an open work site all day long.

The room was gorgeous and very stylish with lovely big windows. The bed was super comfy and the little couch was a nice touch. It felt very spacious and airy with high ceilings too. The shower was great with good pressure and plenty of towels provided. It is a bit further out from the main square but there are always taxis passing by if you don't want to walk the 20/25 mins and there are a few places to eat within walking distance. It's close to a lovely, slightly quieter beach. I liked being slightly out of the main area as it felt peaceful. The area felt really safe too. The staff were really helpful with booking a taxi when I was leaving, and getting in touch ahead of my stay to see if I needed help getting to Holbox.

There wasn't much storage - the hanging wasn't full length and there was no drawer space or bedside tables. Also nowhere to fill up your own water bottles with drinking water, although there was a bottle in the room that was refilled daily. The stairs are a bit tricky with cases but fine otherwise. Also worth noting that the shower is open into the room which might not work for some people but was fine for me. These are just small niggles and didn't detract from the overall stay. The only thing that was a bit concerning was coming back from a morning out to find my room door wide open - it obviously hadn't been locked properly after housekeeping. It was just a mistake and everything was fine in my room but just wasn't ideal especially when travelling alone.

Great location close to the quieter stretches of beach on the island. Beautiful view from the room, the room itself was very modern with great facilities, with very nice toiletries. Paola and Tatiana were extremely kind and helpful, sharing great recommendations! The perfect end to our tour of Yucatan.

The ants from the plants that crawled into the bed. When I shared that it was a special occasion and we were there to celebrate my mom’s birthday. Usually the resort will have prepare a treat such as a complimentary bottle of champagne and desserts.
