Comfort and convenience await you in Balmy Breezes. Located on the second floor, this retreat is just steps away from the beautiful sandy Atlantic Ocean Beach. The living area is open and airy with plenty of room for a family get-together. There are two full-size living room sofas, plus a club chair, large ottoman, and lounge chair. There is room for everyone! The TV in the great room provides easy viewing from the kitchen and even the dining area. Three bedrooms mean that everyone has comfortable surroundings and privacy. The main suite provides a comfortable bed and cable TV so you can catch up on world events. The second bedroom also supports a comfy bed and a walk-in closet for your convenience. Our third bedroom is great for both children and adults with two comfortable twin beds. Take a stroll out on the balcony for ocean views and amazing Back Bay sunsets. Enjoy a quiet morning cup of coffee, an after-dinner cocktail, or simply some down time reading your favorite book while the breezes gently flow. You can easily prepare festive family meals in the upscale kitchen with GE Monogram appliances and granite countertops and tile floors. You’ll never be far from the action as the kitchen opens to the great room so you are part of all goings on. There is an extra-large dining table with eight chairs offering plenty of room for everyone and your friends so go ahead, prepare a gourmet meal! Two full bathrooms are spacious with granite and tile styling. A full-size washer/dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board, are supplied so there’s no need to overpack. The garage storage unit is also available to store all your beach supplies while here. Convenient unlimited free local telephone calling and free WiFi The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools (open mid-May to mid-September) and two fitness centers. Things to Know The community pool is open annually from mid-May to mid-September for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May. This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
