The middle level is home to a centrally located living area with a large TV, a game room with an arcade machine and board games, and two bedrooms on each side - all with TVs as well. There are two full bathrooms and a half-bath for convenient access. The upper level is open and bright, offering an eat-in kitchen with counter seating and two dining areas. The great room features comfortable sofas, a TV, and a hall bathroom. The spacious primary suite - with a private bathroom and a garden tub - offers deck access overlooking the backyard and the bay. The hidden gem of this home is the amazing backyard, where you'll find an in-ground pool surrounded by decks, covered picnic areas, a bar with seating, a wood-burning fireplace, a dock with ladder access to the bay, and a basketball setup.
