The north main bathroom has a new vanity light, the south main bath has been repainted with the same color and has a new vanity light, and the half bathroom has been painted with a new color and boasts a new vanity light. The downstairs level offers four bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms (half bath has a new vanity light), a second great room with new sofas and amenities, and a convenient kitchenette. Everyone will love this downstairs great room complete with a TV, foosball table, and a vintage arcade machine retrofitted to play all the classics! The backyard is fully enclosed and includes a private pool and an open-air game area. Things to Know The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October. This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 10 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
