The Sedona/Verde Valley is an amazing Arizona location to experience all there is to do in Arizona. Our home will allow you and your family to enjoy a very peaceful and relaxing time. For your convenience, we do provide shampoo/conditioner/soap/body wash and lotion. We also have a small kitchenette area that could be used as a home workspace as well and has a separate entrance. Just around the corner is the Verde Village Pond where you can fish or take a nice stroll around the pond. We are centrally located in town and we highly recommend you enjoy beautiful Old Town Cottonwood for lots of dining and shopping options, or take a trip to Jerome or Sedona. Enjoy the outdoors at Dead Horse State Park or Sedona's Red Rock State Park. There are many Verde River access points nearby and you can rent kayak's and take a day trip on the river. Area of single family homes with easy access to I-17, Hwy 260, State Route 89A and many area activities, shopping, hiking, and the Verde River. There is a community pond around the corner and access to the community clubhouse and pool. You will need a vehicle for most travel. There is an Enterprise rental car location in Cottonwood. Groome Shuttle Service or Ace Express can provide shuttle service to the Phoenix Int'l Airport. There is a 2-car driveway - no on-street parking. Locally there is a few Lyft & Uber, and local taxi like (CK's Need a Lift or All Hours Transport). There is also a local shuttle service, CAT (Cottonwood Area Transit System) to get around Cottonwood and the Verde Lynx will go from Cottonwood to Sedona.
