Kick back on the furnished patio, or set up a pool tournament around the private pool table. The open kitchen features full-size appliances for putting together entire meals for you to enjoy, which you can enjoy in the sun-kissed dining area or at the breakfast bar. If you'd rather add an extra char to your meal, just take it down to the shared community grill. But when you're ready to settle in for the night, central air-conditioning will ensure you fall asleep at a comfortable temperature. The first bedroom of this home is directly to the right as guests come through the door, in the same alcove as a full bedroom featuring a standalone shower. This light-filled bedroom features a front yard view and a lovely sitting area. If guests turn left at the pool table instead, they'll find the alcove featuring the second and third bedroom. Both bedrooms are decorated in rich tones, with the second bedroom (on the left side) featuring a gold and emerald color scheme and the third bedroom (on the right side) featuring rose tones and a backyard view. The full bathroom between them features a shower/tub combination. The fourth and final bedroom lies just to the right off the full kitchen. This main bedroom suite features a private entrance to the backyard and a deluxe en suite bathroom, featuring double sinks, a standalone shower, and a soaking tub. THINGS TO KNOW This home is equipped with high-speed WiFi. Streaming services are available. A high chair is available for younger guests. Beach towels are available for guest use. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 3 vehicles. Security camera details: Active Ring doorbell camera at entrance to the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The house was the right size, parking was not so, on the public street, no private parking available. Not enough bath cloths/ towels available, pots/pans cookware available; otherwise great home

Nice place, good location, but some details need attention. Available coffee makers were uncommon and inconvenient. A small Delonghi unit that bc requires the small nespresso pods (not provided), a small drip unit with no carafe, and a small stove top espresso unit. We came prepared for a drip unit and a Keurig unit. Maybe coffee is too important to us, but it’s a detail that matters. It was a rainy weekend and water pools on the front porch in front of the door. There was not a door mat outside or inside, so we were tracking up the white tile. We all slipped a time or two but no one went down, fortunately. Parking was advertised for three cars, but the entire weekend a neighbor’s car was parked in front in a way that allowed for only one additional car to be parked in the “three” spots. A couple of compact cars may have fit. We made due, but there were no extra garbage bags provided that we could find. Again, nice, clean house that for the most part is a good short term rental. It is just missing some convenient and appropriate amenities.

The house was great clean as advertised the pictures are what you get. The location is in a good location to Miami and Hollywood. Definitely will book this location again.

This house is close to everywhere, and it is a new construction. Everything is brand new! It was situated in a nice neighbourhood. We enjoyed being close to the beach (10 min), Miami downtown (20 min) and the airport (20 min). Catherine was very helpful!
