About this condo rental
Five minutes on foot from Poipu Beach, our 1550-square-foot, fully air-conditioned, two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit is situated on the ground floor amid verdant tropical landscaping. Savor a private lanai with a private barbecue and outdoor dining in addition to a 50-inch television in the living room and large televisions in both bedrooms, a master bathroom with a spacious jacuzzi tub, and a full kitchen. Many of our guests are not familiar with the cleaning fee, which is standard on all vacation rentals on Kauai. In our case it's the fee we pay to an outside service to clean after you check out. It's higher than you might expect because wages here are higher and the cleaning includes a lot of items not found in a hotel clean such as refrigerators, stoves, ovens, microwaves, blenders, coffee pots and much more. When in the office we're happy to assist with anything you might need. You can also always call us with any questions you might have. We're conveniently located in the heart of Poipu Beach. This is a resort area with many restaurants, grocery stores and shopping located in a one mile radius. Poipu Beach is consistently voted as one of the best beaches in the US and has sections for snorleking, boogie boarding, beginner and intermediate surfing. You have exclusive use of the entire unit. In addition, a private lanai (patio) and barbecue apparatus are provided for your use. Feel at liberty to explore the verdant premises of the estate. Please feel free to utilize our office located at the rear of the building, which is equipped with a dedicated computer and printer, if you prefer a secluded area to work in peace. The Aloha unit is located on ground facing the front garden on a quiet street. It was renovated in 2017 and has granite counters in the bathrooms and kitchens, stainless steel appliances, berber carpeting, hardwood floors, solid core interior doors, baseboards and crown molding. The pool that is pictured belongs to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club which is a 2 minute drive or a 10-15 minute walk away. Access may be available for an additional cost. Please inquire for details. It is best to rent a car. You can park in the parking spots available at the house.

The property is located very close to the beach. They provide beach chairs, towels, and a cooler. You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes.
There are stand alone AC units in each room. One quirk about this location is in the master bedroom, there is a screen that doesn't have a window pane. There are wooden panels that close on the outside of the screen, but these allow plenty of noise to come in.
Overall my family enjoyed our stay here. The property manager was very quick to respond to our questions.

This is a beautiful property. It is spacious, conveniently located and just perfect for our family. The gardens and grounds make you truly feel like you are enveloped into the island itself. We would stay here again, and would recommend this location to family and friends.

I recently stayed at a vacation rental in Poipu and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The rental was conveniently located just 0.5 miles from Poipu Beach, making it a perfect choice for those seeking a beach getaway. It was well-equipped with practical items like laundry machines, boogie boards, beach towels, and beach chairs, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay.
The property was spacious, luxurious, and had a lovely decor that made me feel right at home. The furnishings were comfortable, and the simple check-in and checkout processes added to the overall ease of my stay. I also appreciated the soft bath towels, which added an extra touch of comfort.
When the weather didn't allow for a day at the beach, I enjoyed strolling the property and admiring the lush plants. The peaceful and relaxing atmosphere made it a delightful escape on those rainy days.

Easy walk to beaches and lookouts down the street for sunrises and sunsets. Enjoyed this immensely.

Great atemosphere
Short walk to ocean which is amazing. Only problems were ice didn’t work in frig and tv didn’t work in bedroom but otherwise it was a great place. Laundry room was great.

Very nice. but over-priced. Ice dispenser on fridge did not work, Full bath windows would not close,causing a loss of air-conditioning

Paradise at Poipu
Stayed here for over a month while on work travel. Amazing location in poipu. So close to the beach and nightlife. Tons of space in the unit. Air condition ran as needed. The laundry room had multiple washers/dryers. Never had to wait. Overall very happy with stay.

Truly a home away from home.
Long story short, flight delays, awake for 24 hours, totally exhausted and we finally arrive at the cottage. Lights were on, a welcome greeting envelope waiting at the front door. We open the door and it was like a big mama hug welcoming us home. It was beautiful. Light and airy, warm and cozy. You immediately feel like sitting back and propping up your feet. We felt that way every time we walked into the cottage. The large full kitchen had everything we needed plus some stuff that I now want to stock in my own kitchen. The huge living room was perfectly organized for family gatherings, watching tv or just resting from all of the activities within walking distance. Bedrooms and bathrooms served us very well. Plenty of hot water took care of showers and cool a/c that invited sound sleep. The grounds surrounding the building were very well maintained and absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful plants and flowers completely surround you as you stroll along the path that circles the building. Morning coffee on the deck outside was very peaceful, quiet and relaxing. Off the street parking spots give you serenity so you never worry about that rental car. On our next visit to beautiful Kauai, we are going to insist on this very cottage. It was absolutely perfect.

This place is fabulous. We had a real great time. Location was awesome, walking distance to Poipu Beach and centered from both ends of Kauai. Wonderful location! So tastefully decorated with lots of room to relax.
My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Poipu. The location of the unit is one of the best areas, and we loved going to the Poipu Athletic Club for a swim! Everything in the area is close enough to walk to!
Our only issue was that being downstairs we heard most every noise from the unit above us. I downloaded a free sounds app on my phone so I was able to sleep through most of it.
The air conditioning in the bedrooms is wonderful, and made sleeping much nicer!
The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could possibly need, and although we didn’t really cook while we were here, it’s a well organized space!
Overall we were happy with our rental and would stay here again. I would love to bring the rest of the family and rent both levels!

So roomy and close to the beach!
We really enjoyed our stay here. There were only 4 of us so there was plenty of room and it was nice to eat outside on the lanai. It's a very short walk to Poipu beach and a short drive to restaurants and shopping. Great location and easy to find. Would highly recommend!

The place was clean and as nice as shown in pictures. Convenient easy walk down to the beach. Laundry facilities, TV and patio were all great and made use of them and would definitely stay here again!

The perfect location on the most beautiful island!
We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while on our first trip to Kauai. We loved the way we could walk to Poipu beach and area restaurants/bars. The villa was super comfortable, clean and inviting. Can’t wait to come back!

A great condo on Poipu! Close to beach.
This condo was perfect for our family of three. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, we all had our own space to stretch out. The living room is enormous, the kitchen well stocked, and the deck has a large dining table and grill. We really enjoyed our stay!
