About this condo rental
This is a newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment on a large gated lot in a very secluded neighborhood on the North Shore. It is a 3 minute drive from world class beaches and surfing. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, full kitchen and large bathroom with washer and dryer. Plenty of safe parking on the property. It is a downstairs apartment and we live upstairs. The apartment is the bottom unit of our home. Upstairs is occupied by owners and downstairs is our rental apartment. Separate entrances and parking from owners. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with full laundry. First bedroom has queen size bed and 2nd bedroom has queen size bed. The kitchen has everything to make you feel like home. Full size oven and fridge. Toaster, microwave, dishes, utensils, coffee pot etc. The bathroom has a toilet room and walk-in shower, vanity, full size washer and dryer. The apartment also has air conditioning to keep you comfortable. We have lived on the property for over 30 years and are responsible adults in our 50's. We also like to have fun, on the weekends we may friends over for dinner parties and sometimes we may start our dirt bikes to go for a ride.

The apt is clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable and the shower is great. The hosts were helpful. It is located under a house and there is parking. The unit has a nice outdoor area. The inside is a little dark and you can hear footsteps above. You do need a car. It’s not an easy walk to the beach but the nearby beaches 5 min drive are beautiful. Foodland and food trucks across from the beach were very convenient.

This property was amazing from beginning to the end. The host answered my questions immediately all the way through the process. They live on the property and take great pride in what they have built and it shows. We really enjoyed visiting with them getting to know them and asking questions on sites to visit. I wanted coffee in the kitchen when I showed up, and that was not a problem, they gladly supplied that! My son's reservations on another property were not reserved properly and they were happy to have him and his wife stay two nights with us. There is a very loving cat that belongs to this family which eased our sadness of leaving our pets while we were on vacation. We will definitely stay here again when we are on the North Shore.

Location is lovely, minutes away from Waimea Bay and Haleiwa. House has everything you need and Foodland is nearby to stock up groceries. Gracious host and beautiful backyard.

The apartment was spacious and very clean. All the amenities we needed were available. Very quiet neighborhood. We loved the cat who adopted us for our stay.

The unit was spacious, clean, and well kept! Owners are lovely and it’s just a short drive to the grocery store and tons of beaches!! Would love to stay there again!!

This is our 2nd visit to Hawaii, but staying in Haleiwa was first time. The house was very beautiful , clean and convenient. And the location was also perfect. It was very close to Shark’s cove and foodland market. If we have chance to stay in Haleiwa later, we want to stay this house again!! Thanks!

It was quiet and peaceful but just up the hill from beautiful beaches, food trucks and a grocery store. The road is a bit too far to walk but doesn't take long in a car.We liked being away from the car noises. The host was so friendly and helpful. It was a great place for us and we would return ASAP

This home was very clean and comfortable. It was like being home away from home. It is close to everything you need, but not is the center of the hustle and bustle. We recommend it.

We stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed the house and it’s quiet location just up the hill from the beaches. The food trucks near Foodland just down the hill from the house were perfect for a quick lunch and the host’s recommendation for breakfast in Haleiwa town spot on. We’ve fallen for Haupia pie from Teds bakery just down the road from Sunset beach and again just minutes from the house. We’d happily recommend the house to vacationers and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

My family really enjoyed the property. It was beautiful, well kept and nicely updated. It was a perfect location for our North Shore adventures.
Additionally, there was a small grill outside and available boogie board, coolers and chairs for the beach that all added to the conveniences of staying at this location.

The house was just as advertised. The hosts went above and beyond for us. The house was stocked with everything you need. The location was great! We loved our stay. I cannot stress how amazing the hosts were! We loved it here and will definitely be recommending it to all our friends. It’s the kind of place you come back to over and over because it’s so good.

We were looking for convenience and a central location. Minutes from shark's cove and sunset beach, 20 minutes from Polynesian cultural center, 30 min from kuoloa ranch, 50 min from Honolulu. Comfy beds, communicative hosts. Would love to rent again.

We were looking for a place to be able to have some actual space to hang out, work, and enjoy ourselves on Oahu and weren't looking to be treated like a commodity at a resort. This place was absolutely wonderful. The owners live upstairs (separate entrance) and are incredibly friendly. We never felt like we were imposing whatsoever. We also were able to enjoy sitting on the shaded patio and hanging out in the yard which was wonderful. Everything about our stay was as good as we could have hoped for or better.

Incredible apartment to stay at if you want to be in the North Shore area. Having 2 bedrooms was so nice and the common areas were roomy. Great size TV and the pool table was fun. We made lots of family memories. Kevin and Chris were such cool hosts. Mahalo nui!

WONDERFUL property-great location, beautiful, extremely clean. Everything you need is there! Snorkels, boogie boards, coolers, beach chairs, towels, etc... 10 out of 10, 2 thumbs up.

This was a lovely place for our small family. The property had all the amenities and more. Thanks to the hosts for inviting us to their sunset spot. What a great way to end the vacation. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Chris and Kevin were so nice, responsive, a wealth of information and wonderful hosts! No need to bring beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, boogie or surf boards with you, they have it all to borrow for their guests! We loved the property and the quiet neighborhood.

Perfect North Shore Lodging
Kevin and Christina are great hosts! We loved our time on the North Shore and this location was great, in a quiet and secluded neighborhood. The rental was spacious and clean with everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay there again!

So much to do within just a few miles!! Hiking, swimming, snorkeling, shopping, etc. Sharks Cove, supermarket, and food trucks are just down the hill. Not crowded or hard to get around (May). Polynesian Cultural Center <10 miles away - be sure to spend a day there and go to the show at the end.

This location was exactly as expected/described. Just a short drive up the hill from the beaches. Close to a supermarket and a nice spacious kitchen.
