El piso es nuevo. El garaje está muy bien. Estaba limpio
La ubicación no es nada buena. El precio es elevadisimi para estar a las afueras de un barrio de barakaldo. Esta lejos del metro, tan sólo hay tren y no funciona tan bien como el metro.
En definitiva, muy caro para la ubicación del piso

El apartamento es muy nuevo, súper confortable y con todas las comodidades que se puedan tener, los
electrodomésticos nuevos, camas super cómodas… esta a unos 10 minutos andando del metro, zona muy tranquila, sin ruidos se puede descansar muy bien. Muy importante tiene parking incluido ya que allí es todo zona azul y el parking es importante tenerlo. Accesos tanto al parking como al
apartamento muy cómodos y fáciles.
La calefacción no estaba puesta todo el día, ni se podia regular, nose que método usan, hay veces que hacía frio y otras calor, ya para ser un 10 pondría que se pudiera regular la calefacción.

La comodidad del apartamento y la excelente estructura (insonorizacion y climatizacion) del edificio. Un lugar nuevo y bien cuidado.
No hay nada que nos disgustara.
