We loved our week stay and heard the waves all night. Beautiful views/sunsets of PTown. The deck was amazing with lots of room and the cabin was extremely clean. Will hope to stay again and again!!!

This cottage is very spacious for it's size. Clean, bright, & comfortable. It has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The deck is incredible. Probably my favorite thing at this cottage. I wish I had packed extra blankets for autumn night star gazing on the deck. Close to beaches, trails, & Ptown. Thank you Tony & Steve for sharing such a great space.

This is a spectacular property right on Cape Cod Bay! It's hard not to sit on the spacious deck all day long and take in the gorgeous view! Super clean and well kept, the property lives more spaciously than the square footage suggests! Comfortable bed and ample storage space with an attention to comfort and detail! Close to Provincetown, bike trails, golf, fishing, birding and more! Five stars in every category!

My wife and I decided to book a stay here for our 1 year wedding anniversary and couldn’t have been more pleased. The actual property is situated right on the beach with a spacious patio to lounge on. The entire property offers such a tranquil experience, we really didn’t want to leave! The cottage was extremely clean and everything worked as it should. The check in/check out was very easy as well. If you want a calm and relaxing trip on a quiet beach, while also having the option to easily get into PTown, this is the spot to be. We hope to stay here again next year!

We loved this cottage. Very clean and cozy, lots of light coming in. Nice big deck. Right on the water. The host was easy to reach (no issues though!) and friendly. Location could not be better, with lots of beaches, hiking and bike trails and restaurants very nearby (Truro, Provincetown and Wellfleet being very close). Great coffee and breakfast to go in walking distance (Days Market and Deli). We will be back!

Property was in immaculate condition, kitchen, comfortable bed, great deck and water access to beach, and all the little things just enhanced my visit more (K-cups, grill, bathroom extras, storage, etc). Ideal small beach cottage and it's right ON the beach/ocean. Amazing views of Cape Cod Bay and P-town, and step right out for morning/evening beach walks. Seals out back sometimes too... Just a short walk to Day's market for coffee and snacks/lunch. Everything was amazing, easy and loved being right on the beach!! Quick drive to Truro or P-town beaches, sites and food. Went on whale watch too. The only drawback was the speeding cars on the road behind the cottage at all hours. Overall, loved my stay and so, so relaxing falling asleep and waking up to ocean waves. Would come back for sure. Thank you!

My boyfriend and I were looking for a quiet spot right on the ocean and this was absolutely perfect!! With a deck that overlooked the water and stairs leading right onto the beach it was exactly what we were looking for. The small cabin was perfect for the two of us and had all the amenities we needed. Easy parking right in front of the cabin, and our neighbors were friendly and didn’t feel too close which was nice! Amazing view and perfect location. We definitely plan on staying here again!

Tony and Steve's place was super clean and peaceful. It was the perfect size for 2 people for a weekend getaway. The deck overlooking the bay was my favorite spot! You could watch the sunset right from the loungers and the beach was just steps away. Although located right on Rt 6A, there wasn't any noise from the street or neighbors while sleeping. I'll definitely be staying again. Thanks, Tony and Steve!

This sweet little cottage is immaculate and thoughfullu designed Can't beat being right on the beach and watching and listening to the waves each day. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud! Convenient to P-Town and great eateries as well. Will definitely consider renting again, the perfect getaway to relax and refresh.

This place has all you need for a little cape cod getaway. When I arrived my bike rack on the car was a little loose and low and behold there was a little tool kit with a wrench to tighten it up. There are many little details like this in this place! Wonderful time.

Very clean with great unobstructed view of the bay. Comfortable bed, strong Wi-Fi. Close to the neighbors but definitely not an issue for us. There is intermittent road noise, not constant and not bothersome overnight, but noticeable when you are enjoying the view from the great deck steps from the water. Would absolutely stay here again.

This place was so perfect. My husband and I were blown away with how close the cottage is to the water. I could lay in bed with the window open and see the waves and hear them crashing. We love the area and the proximity to Provincetown. You get the best of both worlds - quiet, peaceful waterfront in Truro and a quick drive to quaint, inclusive and historical in Provincetown. We really hope we can come back one day.

Bungalow was very neat and clean and amazingly functional for it's size. We enjoyed sitting and relaxing on the deck with the beach and ocean right in front of us. Also very close to P-town for some lunch and shopping.

Immediately fell in love with the oceanfront view. The everchanging sea is captivating. The cottage, part of a cabin colony, has everything 2 people could need, (including everything you forgot to bring.) The inside was immaculate, self check in/out was simple, it was warm, comfortable, can't wait to return. Our hosts were responsive, and I believe they go out of their way to make sure your stay is pleasant. Ours sure was, Thanks for having us. Rick & Joyce

My wife and I both worked a 10 hour day then drove 5 hours to this getaway… upon arrival we were spent and were having difficulty getting the lock box open, we reached out to Tony who responded immediately and offered to come right over and help which he did. Once in, the cottage was warm and inviting with everything we needed. The bed was incredibly comfy, soft and warm. The cottage is exactly as advertised with everything you need. The location was perfect, with spectacular views, nice little deck, the beach…. We had a great weekend… thank you Tony for being an amazing host.

Absolutely loved staying at this cottage, the entire process was seamless and the cottage is gorgeous. They’ve put so much effort and thought into every detail. It’s clean and well-equipped. Cottage feels bigger than the photos, and is super cozy. The deck is amazing, perfect sunset views. Would definitely rent it again.

The renovations are fantastic with nice details that make it quite cozy. You can't beat the location, local beaches and shopping are all within bikeable/walkable distances. Bayside sunsets are always incredible.
