My family and I had a wonderful time at this home. The beach and cove was great for my young children and we really enjoyed the patio and fire pit area. Great vacation property!

What a great couple of weeks! The house was very clean, the deck and grill were terrific, and access to the water either off the dock or by the little cove couldn't be better. Thank you, Johnathan!

We had a wonderful time at Jonathan and Nichole's house in Belgrade. The house was CLEAN (which I greatly appreciate since I've had other VRBO rentals that were not). There was plenty of room for the four of us. Perhaps a bit sparse in furnishings, but there was everything one needed. Beds were comfortable. We greatly appreciated the canoe and the kayaks. And tubes! The cove is so lovely; clear water, sandy bottom, great views. Great spot for younger kids! The house is relatively close to neighbors which worked out okay since everyone else was quiet with no barking dogs. We enjoyed meeting Clare and Linda (neighbors).The little village of Belgrade is charming. We recommend this rental!
