Located in Rockwell, this lovely house for $518 per night is a great option for your next trip. FULLY RENOVATED IN 2022 - With over 1400 square feet of multi tiered composite decking with unobstructed views guests enjoy spectacular westward facing lake views, perfect for sunset cocktails, relaxing hot tub and dinner from multiple spacious decks. New for 2024 we have an outdoor pizza oven and outdoor movie theater! This beautiful home on Lake Hamilton will not only immerse you in the natural beauty of this pristine lake, but also provide the laid-back comfort you desire for an amazing lakeside vacation getaway. The main floor has a large living and dining room with vaulted ceilings, skylights, and tons of natural light with a large bay window and views of the lake. Comfortable seating for watching sports or movies along with a dining table that seats 8 people. The renovated kitchen is fully equipped with butcher block countertops, breakfast bar, stainless appliances and sliding doors that open onto the upper deck – perfect for grilling, dining, or enjoying your morning coffee. Breakfast bar with views of the lake add an additional seating for 4. The master bedroom with king sized bed has a newly renovated on-suite bathroom with large tub, separate walk-in shower, and washer/dryer. Upstairs has two large bedrooms, both with king beds. A newly renovated bathroom upstairs has a tub/shower combination. The basement level bunk room/game room includes a full/twin bunk bed combo, a queen sleeper sofa, full bath with shower and game table for cards, puzzles or board games. Property also includes a hot tub which seats 6 adults comfortably, multiple decks built around the trees, with dining table and seating. Extras include an outdoor movie theater, pizza oven, swim deck with ladder, open boat tie-up and covered boathouse with room for a boat and jet ski. Four paddleboards are included for your enjoyment at NO additional charge. Neighbors on both sides are full time residents which provide a great environment for a quiet/secluded time at the lake. The house is great for families and friends to gather, unplug and enjoy nature. The house is set up to accommodate 4 couples (between 3 bedrooms and the queen sleeper downstairs) or combination adults/kids with 6 adults (each with their own room) and 5 kids (between the full/twin bunkbed and sleeper sofa) in the downstairs bunkroom. Large parties and loud noise are strictly prohibited.

We needed a central place for family to gather for an early Thanksgiving. The kitchen is very well stocked and has lots of counter space. The home is nice and in a quiet neighborhood. The host is very thoughtful and helpful.

We will definitely continue to frequent this property, it’s absolutely wonderful. House was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed and more. The location was great and the views amazing. We loved the hot tub at night enjoying the views off the huge deck. Grilling dinner and sitting watching the boats go by while the kids used the paddle boards and swam right below was just what the Dr. ordered. Such a memorable family vacation full of rest and relaxation. The owners were great to work and communicate with. Hoping to book our next trip soon!!

We had a family get away with 6 adults for a long weekend at Lake Hamilton. This house was perfect. The accommodations are so clean and comfortable, the location is perfect and the host resounded quickly to any questions. We rented a boat and docked it at the house, enjoyed the provided paddle boards and did some fishing. I would absolutely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The property was as advertised, house was very clean, and the communication with Terry was excellent. We got great use off all the amenities (hot tub, paddle boards, decks, etc.) and the sunset views were amazing. The house was adequately furnished with all the things we needed to cook. There's a charcoal grill and we aren't grill masters, so that took a little getting used to for us. If you're staying here, I highly recommend renting or bringing a boat or jet ski (there's a dock available). We rented a boat for the day and it was great to be able to pull right up to the house. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would recommend to others.

We loved our stay. This is a lovely and comfortable home on a gorgeous section of the lake. The neighborhood is peaceful. The host could not have been more kind or helpful. We enjoyed a week of swimming off the dock, kayaking and paddle boarding. You will be delighted with the amazing waterfront deck space. We would definitely choose this home again.

Property was beautiful and spacious with a great location on the water! The home's amenities are top notch! The decking and outdoor seating was plentiful and comfy, the big trees are amazing for shade. Cooking and grilling was awesome with the very well stocked and super clean kitchen. Hot tub was used daily and the big soaking tub in the master bath too.
Plenty of bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, bed pillows and dish towels!! This has always been an issue for us when we are in rentals.
Can't say enough about this property and owners!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very well appointed kitchen. We had everything we needed to prepare a nice dinner after a day at Oak Lawn. Nice views of the lake although it was too chilly to sit out on the decks. Enjoyed the hot tub, also.

We had such a good time at this property! Everyone had plenty of space and we could all get together in the large living/dining room area for family meals and games. We would definitely enjoy coming back again next year!

Loved the property, swim dock, and boat dock! Kids loved tubing! My only complaint is something they can’t do anything about…..spider webs! If the neighbors heard screaming it’s from the spider web traps out back! We will be back! Loved the area!

Our 3 generation group enjoyed this river side property for a full week. It was clean and cool inside upon arrival. The lower level with the bunk bed was quickly claimed by the 4 children and provided a sound buffer from the second level.
We found everything we needed to prepare and serve meals in the kitchen. There was a Weber charcoal grill ( with starter fuel and charcoal) on the upper porch right outside the kitchen door. The children ate their meals on the stools at the kitchen counter or the table outside the kitchen.
The lower level porch had another table, chairs, paddle boards, and the hot tub. Below that was a concrete swim platform with a ladder. We spent many hours enjoying the water off the platform. All the porches are shaded by huge Whte Oak trees throughout the day.
Adjacent to the platform was the covered boat dock with a lift where we kept our boat. Wonderful place that we enjoyed despite the 100 degree days. There was a glitch with the A/C one afternoon, but Terry took care of it within a few hours. Terrific service. Would not hesitate to book another visit.

Very nice home. Lacked a few basics things such as a wine opener and basic glass ware such as wine glasses.
AC upstairs not very effective. However we were having a record heatwave and high humidity at the time of our visit.

Perfect getaway
This house was perfect for our group of friends. Two couples and 5 children with ages ranging from 5-16. The down stairs space was a perfect spot for the kids to feel like they had their own spot to hang out while the adults enjoyed lots of patio and deck time! The swimming dock and hot tub made the stay even better. The house was clean and comfortable. We can’t think of a better place for our group to hang out and look forward to coming back!
