The bungalow sleeps up to 4 people, featuring a bedroom with a King bed, a full bath with a shower, and a kitchen with a fridge/freezer, toaster, stove top, coffee maker, blender and microwave. Additional kitchen appliances may be available upon request. The living room includes a pull-out couch bed (sleeps 2) that is perfect for any extra guest. You'll have access to shared property amenities such as a gas fire pit, beach gear (body boards, snorkel sets, beach chairs, etc), fruit trees, and yard. There is also high-speed internet, a smart TV, a shared washer and dryer, an outdoor shower with hot water, and a grill available for your use. During your stay, you can look forward to beautiful ocean and mountain views from the front porch, serene nights under the stars, relaxing Oahu country surroundings, and a short drive to Pupukea Beach Park and Waimea Bay. With air conditioning, you'll stay cool and comfortable while enjoying all the outdoor activities the area has to offer, including snorkeling, golfing, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, ATV's, zip-lining, and kayaking. We will always have a clean and well-kept home for you, but please be advised that little visitors are not uncommon. * There is a chicken coop and roosters on the property. The domestic roosters may caw in the morning, and wild roosters may do this as well. * Optional travel insurance is offered including a "cancel for any reason" option. Available for purchase after booking if check-in date is > 30 days away. * Located on a property with other rentals, hence the shared property amenities. This is not a good fit if you are seeking private isolation. * Where applicable, the 3% payment processing fee per transaction is non-refundable.
