Located in Emerald Isle, this charming house for $751 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Three floors! Top floor living area has gourmet kitchen with 10 ft. island. Gas 5 burner cooktop, double ovens, microwave drawer two refrigerators with ice makers, two dishwashers and a stand alone icemaker are the appliances in this gourmet kitchen. Small appliances are in the cabinets also. Deep comfortable seating in the living area with ocean views as well as a large TV with surround sound. The dining table seats eight (ten with extra folding chairs) and the island bar seats five. The adjoining Southside porch has alfresco dining and lounge seating and outdoor speakers. Catch the sunset from the northside porch over Bogue sound. The second level is the bedroom floor. Each bedroom and bath have been thoughtfully decorated with an eye towards comfort and functionality. The main bedroom opens to the screened porch for bug free enjoyment. This porch has steps down to the pool and the first level patio and outdoor shower. The private bath provides double sinks and a curbless, glass enclosed shower for easy access. The second bedroom also opens to the screened porch and is served by the hall bath. The third bedroom has two sets of twin bunk beds and is served by the hall bath also. The Northside porch has steps down to the parking area. The first floor is called 'The Retreat' and is a self contained one bedroom apartment for those who want a bit more separation from the group. Everything needed is there. Living room with TV, surround sound, full kitchen, bedroom, bath and laundry. The Retreat is only accessed from inside the by the elevator or from the exterior entries. The exclusive use pool and outdoor shower are steps away as well as the beach stair walkway to Ocean Drive. The beach access is two doors down at the end of Ninth Street and Ocean Drive. So many wonderful features! You truly feel you have arrived for your best vacation in a new, clean, beautifully furnished home with miles of ocean views. See for yourself!

Truly lovely house in a quiet and upscale neighborhood. Plenty of room and privacy for all. A few small snags: elevator was out, and we couldn't figure out how to unlock the doors with our key. Didn't matter much - neighborhood is little frequented and we felt secure. Overall, a good stay in an inviting setting.

We really loved our accommodations and the amenities it included. They included everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler. The kitchen was so nice and stocked with everything we needed. Loved having two refrigerators and a stand alone ice machine. It met all of our expectations and would definitely stay there again.

The beach house was welcoming and had all amenities we wanted. Kitchen is stocked with everything to cook with if you want to. Nice view of the beach from the back and beds are comfortable. However, There is no actual privacy because the house is a duplex. The owners live there and were around every morning but usually not in the evening. The downstairs room on the first floor smelled very strongly of cat urine. An issue the owner was aware of prior to our stay and said they need to replace the flooring when the season ends because their old cat had sprayed everywhere . Despite our amazing week, I am still hearing about the cat urine smell from family. I am so glad I brought a fan bc otherwise the smell would have been unbearable. The house has many stairs going down to the street and more stairs to get to the beach. My mother has a bad knee and that was an unanticipated problem. It also prevented me from using my beach wagon to carry everything to the beach. If you’re disabled at all, do not be lured by the elevator in the house. The elevator also stopped working during our stay which made the house itself cumbersome due to all the stairs which are not all inside. If it had rained our week, it would have been a very difficult stay.

Beautiful property with lovely pool, apartment / elevator for parents with mobility issues, and wonderful views! Hosts are friendly and communicative but not overbearing or intrusive at all (live next door). Would definitely stay again - thanks!!

Great hosts, excellent house. Everything was very clean, the hosts had the house stocked with lots of things like seasonings, full sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash, parchment, foil, Saran Wrap, trash bags, and soap. The washer is pre loaded with soap (tide) but if you still want to use your own know that the water in the house is filtered through a water softener so you have to use a lot less than normal. (Use theirs is my suggestion…) lots of beach chairs, a cooler, and pool floats for use as well. Hosts live next door and are very friendly and helpful as needed. We will be coming back.

Beautiful home- lovely ocean views- magnificent sunrises and sunsets-very short walk to the beach- private swimming pool! Practically everything provided for your comfort- elevator handy for groceries and luggage.The lower level"retreat" is perfect for those wanting a little extra space from your group. Located within 15 minutes of grocery stores, restaurants, fishing pier, aquarium,etc. This is our 2nd year staying here and we love it.

We had a wonderful visit at "Sea for Yourself." The hosts truly thought of everything and made the stay so enjoyable for the whole family. We were thrilled with the beautiful views, the lovely home, and the amazing extras. The elevator was easy to use and made a tremendous difference in navigating the three floors. The abundant beach towels and beach chairs were comfortable and in wonderful condition. The hosts supplied soaps, lotions, and detergents, which made packing a breeze. We loved the filtered drinking water, multiple high-end appliances, and the ice maker. The kitchen drawers were incredibly well-stocked with excellent-quality kitchen tools. Access to the beach was simple, and we had lovely views of the sound as an added bonus! We loved our stay and would highly recommend this property for families who are seeking a relaxing spot by the sea. Thank you for setting the stage for a wonderful and memorable family vacation!

This property was absolutely beautiful. It was very clean and had everything we needed and them some. It was located across from the beach but the views from the house were still excellent even poolside. The public beach access ramp was only steps away. The owners are wonderful people and it met out needs perfectly as we had a 3 yr old and an 88 yr old in the group. The elevator made access to each level a breeze. A great place to stay.

If you're looking for a beach rental that truly has everything (and sometimes has 2 of everything), this is the place for you. Our family (2 adults and 4 kids (ages 12, 9, 6 and 10mo)) had a wonderful time and never wanted for anything. The proximity to the beach is great, with some of the most impeccable views we've had anywhere (sunrise and sunsets are simply magical). Our hosts Johnna and Mike who live in the attached unit went out of the way to ensure that our stay was as good as possible. We will definitely be back!

We do not give 5 stars to just everybody, and we would definitely say this was a 5+ property. The house itself was immaculate, well stocked and very comfortable for everyone. The views from every floor were beautiful, the location to the beach was truly a short walk, the hosts were available and so helpful. And of course, no one wanted to leave. Location is between the two “busy” areas of EI, so easy to walk, ride bikes, etc. and really step away from this busy, hectic pace we live today. We will be back!

We were a party of 10 ( adults and kids) gathering to celebrate a birthday and the last days of summer. The home was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our trip. Love the attention to detail and the thoughtfulness of providing all of the necessities to make it a home away from home! You literally can just bring your clothes… they’ve thought of everything else. We will be back for sure!

The house is immaculate and the location is perfect! Between the view and the short walk to the beach (which we frequently made barefoot), this property has a beachfront feel, with a pool to boot! Far enough away from the main shopping areas to feel secluded but close enough to be convenient. We had a great stay and would love to come back!

This place was perfect for our family. The house is beautiful and the views were stunning. There is an elevator which helped tremendously with suitcases and groceries. The kitchen is well stocked and lots of counter and island place to prep without bumping into each other. The beach access was really close and there were beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and pool floats to use. Johnna and Mike are the kindest host. You will not regret renting this beautiful home.

Our family enjoyed this stunning beach house! Each room and floor was impeccably clean and well suited for a relaxing week at the beach! Beautiful large kitchen on the third floor - enough to entertain and socialize around the huge kitchen island! Two dishwashers and refrigerators and an industrial ice maker- made entertaining and cooking enjoyable! The pool area with outdoor shower and Sono speakers provide another great space to enjoy the sun! The view of the ocean is stunning and does not disappoint! Extras that were included and a pleasant surprise- Beach chairs, corn hole boards, pool floats, beach towels, preloaded detergent in washing machines and also provided amenities in each shower! Great little extras that makes packing for the beach lighter! Owners are diligent to make sure you have a wonderful stay!! 10 stars!!!!

We loved our time at this brand new, beautiful, luxury property. The owners have thought of everything from top to bottom - and lots of extras in between! We had plenty of space to enjoy including beautiful ocean views from multiple balconies. This home is a very short walk to the beach and the private pool is wonderful. Beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels and pool items made our stay even more enjoyable and the elevator made unpacking and grocery trips easy. This is truly a five star property - don't hesitate to rent - you'll love it!!
