We are also just 3 blocks away from Parkview Hospital and 5 blocks from a fire station. You WILL hear sirens occasionally, as well as a flight for life helicopter landing at the hospital once in a while. Home is equipped with keyless entry door locks and front and back doors. House Rules: -No smoking inside the house, please stay outside to smoke and use the provided ashtrays. -No parties. -6 Guests maximum. -No third-party reservations-No booking on behalf of another person. -All guests must submit a copy of their photo ID through messenger before check in. -No candles, wax melters, incense, etc. allowed anywhere on the property. -No hair dye, food dye, or clothing dye allowed on the property. -Do not move or re-arrange any furniture.
