Everyone needs a little “Beach Therapy”! This is beautifully updated and spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom multi-level end unit Sea Castles townhome is conveniently located to all that Fernandina Beach/Amelia Island has to offer! Easy access to the beach and pool area as well as the many miles of biking trails make this a must stay vacation destination! This wonderfully renovated and beautifully decorated townhome is located between the north and south end of the exclusive and prestigious Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach! Not only is it a convenient and central location for enjoying all that Amelia Island and Fernandina Beach have to offer, but also just a short driving distance to the destinations of Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Cumberland Island and Savannah for day trips! Upon entering this fabulous end unit townhome, you immediately notice the attention to detail and care! There are two bedrooms downstairs with a fully updated bathroom with walk-in shower. One bedroom has a queen bed with tv for relaxing as well as a large closet. The second downstairs bedroom has two twin beds as well as a trundle bed (if needed) for the kids and a tv for entertainment. The upstairs hosts the fully stocked and well-equipped kitchen, dining space for four, living room with balcony to feel those ocean breezes and a beautifully done master suite. The master bedroom has an en-suite bath that’s been fully updated with a tiled walk-in shower. The master retreat has a queen bed as well as a tv for your relaxing after a long day of sunning and swimming in the sparkling waters of the Atlantic Ocean and pool! The beach is just a short five minute walk across the street. The beach access (#31) is located at the end of our parking lot and directly across the street. Very easy and convenient! Whether you choose to take a stroll along the ocean, relax by the pool, do a little sightseeing in the Historic downtown Fernandina Beach, enjoy the many fine area restaurants and shopping or do absolutely nothing but relax, come make this “Beach Therapy” Villa your paradise found!

We were three ladies in town for the Amelia Island Book Festival. The property is really nice, easy to get in and out and was the perfect location for us… close to everything and comfortable. It worked out beautifully for us and made our trip very enjoyable! Thanks so much!

We felt welcomed the moment we walked into this well appointed and cozy townhouse home. We came to bicycle, walk on the beach and sample the local food. This location was great for us. We plan to return next year for a longer stay.

Property was just as described. Short four minute walk to the beach, pool was clean and was never busy. My favorite was the amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked as well as the bathrooms. Bonus feature was all of the beach items that were there for use.

We loved Amelia island and the calmness of the area. I will definitely be back. The condo was great and would stay there again. The only complaint I have is we went to check out the pool and I would not have put a toe in it. It was very very dirty. And it was a holiday weekend. Would have thought it would have been cleaned.

Rented this little gem along with theee other properties for our golf group. Townhouse was exactly as advertised and communication by management company was excellent. Location was a bonus.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for our first time on Amelia Island! Condo was spacious and comfortable. Close proximity to beach- just across the street. Nice to have some shared beach equipment with the condo as well.
Pool was too cold to enjoy on a cooler week in March.

This condo was great! Excellent location and perfect for a quick winter-time get-away. We did have an issue initially with the water (odor) However, after it ran for a bit the odor completely disappeared, and it was perfect.

Our stay was amazing! Everything was easily accessible! The beach was close enough to walk to and the pool was great for the kids. The beach was great and not crowded at all. Great experience, for a great price!

We enjoyed our stay so much! Everything was really nice. Easy parking, cold A/C, nice kitchen, clean beds and linens, thoughtful touches throughout. Our only suggestion is to improve the front patio and add a picnic table to the back patio. The pool is really lovely. The walk to the beach is not bad, and the wagon made it easier! The beach is gorgeous.

Family Vacation Fun
Our family of 6 includes children ages: 22, 16, 14, and 7. We all had a wonderful time. We wish we had scheduled our visit for a day or two longer. Amy was very easy to reach when needed. The townhome was beautiful and very tastefully decorated. The beds were all comfortable and main kitchen supplies were provided. They even provided a wagon for beach trips which was most helpful! We never used the pool because we were so exhausted each day from playing in the waves and soaking up the sun on the beach. We would definitely recommend this townhome and hope to stay again sometime.

Perfect Retreat!
We loved staying here, we are 3 friends who wanted to catch up with each other. The townhouse is beautiful, everything was clean and bright, we had everything we needed to visit the beach or go into town. Easy check in, Amy got back to us right away when we had questions. You can see and hear the ocean from the balcony. We would all stay here again, thank you so much!
