The Space: One-level home has an open concept kitchen/living room, office space, laundry, front and back decks, and flat, fenced yard on the lake side.This is an ideal floor plan for two families to share. Three bedrooms (sleeps 8 adults) and two bathrooms (full and 3/4). BR1: King bed with ensuite 3/4 bath, walk-in closet, laundry, and smart TV BR2: Two twin over full Bunk beds, with smart TV BR3: Queen bed with smart TV (Need more space for a family reunion or bachelor/ette party? Add on the cottage to sleep an additional eight guests, + adds a fun garage game room! Please message to confirm availability.) The driveway accommodates up to three cars. There is no garage. The Neighborhood: Quiet and family friendly neighborhood. Small "downtown" Garrison is just 8 minutes away for shopping and restaurants. Getting Around: -Pontoon boat rentals available from Tutt's Bait, Frantastic Fun Rentals, and MyBoatClub. -The GAB Shuttle runs weekends and holidays. Free rides to and from the cabin to favorite local watering holes. Tips encouraged. Please call to confirm availability. -Mountain bikes and kayaks can be rented and delivered to the cabin from Unbound Adventures. -There is a canoe on the property to fish/explore the channel, or paddle to Wigwam Bay beach (weather permitting). Other Things to Note: -PETS: We love dogs and do not charge a pet fee! Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no cats. -BOATING: As of May 2023, the water is approx. 5.5 feet deep at the edge of the 44' dock. You may moor up to two boats. There is a private boat ramp just on the other side of the channel that has a $15 fee, or you can use a public ramp in Garrison. -CAMPING: We are adding a camping pad with electric hook-up. We will update this listing when that is available. There is a private campsite rental down the street if you wish to bring a camper. Please message for details. Do not bring a camper without prior authorization. *****HOT TUB: The hot tub is no longer offered as an amenity due to MN State Health licensing requirements. The state has made us remove the Hot Tub. It is no longer on the property. -SECURITY: Cameras are on front and back of the home facing the lake and street. Interaction with Guests: Keyless entry. You will be emailed access to our online Guest Guide with packing list, restaurant recommendations, and more. Guests will also be given our cell phone number for 24/7 customer service. We encourage you to contact us with any questions! Cleaning Fee: We are professionally cleaned by the best. All bed linens and towels are provided and washed off-site with eco-friendly, nontoxic cleaners. The following items are stocked: shampoo, conditioner, liquid hand soap, individual bar soap, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, garbage bags, trash bags, laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, sponges, and propane.
