raport calitate-pret ok

pensiunea e comfortabila, localizată foarte aproape de Mall-ul Promenada (chiar vis-a-vis, doar ca sunt liniile de cale ferata între). camera a fost foarte spatioasa și comfortabila, chiar daca era la ultimul etaj, la mansarda. baia e ok, destul de limitata, dar cat sa isi faca treaba. bucataria e utilata cu tot ce are nevoie, dar mobila si ustensilele sunt destul de vechi. ar putea beneficia de un upgrade :) Gazda e foarte primitoare si de treaba, am avut la dispoziție aproape toata pensiunea: primesti cheile de la intrare si de la curtea pensiunii unde poti parca si masina. Presiunea la dus a fost buna.

baia din camera e cam limitata: cabina de dus prezenta urme de mucegai de la umezeala, chiuveta e minuscula si oglinda e pe un perete langa. Ar putea fi investit putin efort in a face baia mai primitoare

Kind hostess. Full kitchen. When I asked, the hostess showed me where to wash my clothes. Parking on the territory. Your keys. I felt like I was living in my own house.

We cannot wait to get out from here.

The location is great and secure carpark is available.

The mattress smelled like urine. The corners of the shower was covered with mould. The fridge in the room didn’t work.

The provision of a towel; the parking off the street; the kitchen facilities; the priximity to Old Town and shops for revictualling; the comfortable beds

The neighbourhood roosters start fairly early, followed by a few loud dogs.

Roxanne was very flexible with our later arrival then scheduled. She is a lovely host and took well care of us the accommodation is very clean. Since we arrived by car she offered us to park on the site If we come again to Romania we will stay again at Casa Spatar in Sibiu. Thanks for having us!

It is quite hot in the room, but we where lucky that it was raining that night.

Parking for motorbikes

Desperately needing a good caretaker, because every possible thing that should be screwed ti something, it was not and was barely attached to the wall, bed etc.

Super nice host, she let me check in early even though it was Easter that day. The room was perfect. Convenient to the station.

A good option.

10 mins walk from the rail station. Quiet location, yet close to a few local shops for provisions. Warm welcome and helpful information from the owner. Spacious room. Bed comfortable. A kitchen was available for guests to use. Good value all round.

Disconcerting to see ants on the bathroom floor, but they didn't stray and were well behaved.

location is good very close to train station and 15 min to city center. owner is helpful.

kitchen for sure needs a lot more pan and utensils. it's very hard to cook with only one small pan. it's not very clean.

Location is good.

The kitchen could have been cleaner. You can hear absolutely everyone and everything. The internet didn't work well for the last 2 days. The bathroom and room felt unfinished. The bed was horrible, 2 mattress that had different softness with a bed frame slightly to large making a very uncomfortable bed. The bed sheets felt ancient, but they where clean. We didn't receive the room we booked.

Warm, clean, comfy, parking. Good location, near the historical center. Friendly hosts. Had everything we needed.

Good place to stay in Sibiu if you’re traveling with a car

The host was warm and welcoming and there is a private parking we could use.

The double bad had two separate mattresses which was uncomfortable to sleep on, every time one of us was sinking in the gap between them. The kitchen is nice but not entirely equipped.

Roxanna was amazing, big room , near the city center , with parking space for our motorbike. There was a shearing kitchen that was very helpful

There was no air-conditioning, because of the hut weather was something..... There was a bud smell in the bathroom.

The hostess was very kind. Big parking inside the property. The room was clean. It is a good place for rest. The old center of the city is at 15 minutes walk.

Nice welcome, very helpful hostess. Parking on the property by the villa, large room. Very good location - city center within reach. Maybe for more than just one night next time! :)

A skylight instead of a normal window... but otherwise probably nothing :)

Very nice and welcoming stay

Very nice stay close to the main station. The staff is very nice and welcoming, the room was cool and quiet. A kitchen fully equipped is also available. Will definitely book again.

Value for money

Just outside of main town but easy enough to walk for 10 minutes. Mall next door, perfect to grab a coffee and pick up groceries. Beautiful church and bakery just a minute's walk away. Wonderful host, kind and helpful, hope to return soon!
