This listing is for the entire home, including the fenced in backyard with patio area. The home is 1680 square feet with vaulted ceilings and has been recently furnished. All the essentials are provided such as sheets, blankets, towels, bath and shower toiletries and laundry supplies for your entire group. There is off-street parking available for up to 4 cars (2 garaged). There are no trailer, camper or RV parking accommodations available.  There is no street parking allowed in the community. SLEEPING AREAS: Master bedroom with a King bed and en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet Guest bedroom #1 with a Queen bed Guest bedroom #2 with a Queen bed Den w/ twin futon Guest bathroom in hallway COMMON AREAS: Large kitchen and dining area all open to the main living room. A fully stocked laundry room, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are also available. (Children supplies such as high chair and pack n play are available for rent, please ask if needed. $3 per day per item, plus a $20 delivery charge. All fees subject to Arizona sales tax.) PARKING: Driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles and the Garage can accommodate 2 vehicles. No overnight street parking allowed. **No Trailer or RV Parking Accommodations** ENTERTAINMENT: 75” HDTV in Living Room 55” HDTV in Master Suite POOL: Private outdoor pool Heating Optional; The swimming pool (optional) is not normally heated and may take up to 24-36 hours to get up to desired temperature (varies with weather) and because of the heat pump system the pool heater will not operate below outside temperatures of 50 deg. Please let us know at booking time if you are interested in the heated pool (winter months) option. Guests requesting this option are responsible for a service fee ($50/night - 1 week minimum plus tax and fees) added on to your reservation cost. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. Saguaro Lake is not far away as well. This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums and Phoenix International Raceway.  If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on, and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit. Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Phoenix is not known for its abundance of public transportation.  OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:  *Pool - Heating optional with an additional fee *Pets are not allowed here. *Noise ordinance set in place 9pm-9am. Getting Around: We HIGHLY advise having a car if you stay with us, and we have off-street parking available for you. Phoenix is a SUPER spread out city (50+ miles in all directions), so while we do have public transportation, it can take a while to get to your destination by bus. Uber and Lyft is an option as well.
