Privat pool was amazing, location is near the beach and you can rent bikes there.

First night the elecricity went off so the AC stoped working, it was too hot to sleep because of that there were too many mosquitos.

Amazing place to stay, we liked it so much that we stayed much longer than expected. The stuff was the best and one of the reasons to stay longer from the cleaning, the maintenance and Jhovany who helped us out a lot and was very present during our stay.

The location was nice and secluded. Very quiet in comparison to our previous accommodations in Holbox, yet not far from the centre. Staff were amazing, especially Karine who went above and beyond when we wanted to extend our stay because we loved it so much! Thank you.

Nothing could have been better

I loved everything about this cabañas! The materials they used to build them and the beautiful decorative touches, wow, simply gorgeous. Great coffee, too. They're very well maintained and administered. Special thanks to Karina, who made sure to be attentive to anything I could need. I'm sure she will take care of you when you go there. I just left, and I already want to go back. It is a truly piece of paradise with amazing people taking care of you.

We loved that it was slightly out of the bustle of town but still an easy walk to the beach and a 3min bike ride into town. The villas are beautiful, unique and quiet. The private pool is a fabulous addition! The manager Kary was so helpful in coordinating our stay and the staff were very friendly and keep the place looking great.

The cabanas are quite far away from the centre, the supermarkets, etc. For this reason it would be fine if the rental bikes were for free (cost 300 pesos/day).

it’s as beautiful as in the pictures; absolute paradise and you really have you’re own little home. they clean it perfectly everyday aswell.

it’s a bit far from the center: worth it for me but if I had stayed more than I did (3 nights) I’d pick a place closer to the center. also: first nights no hot water but they fixed it and WiFi is bad.

The shower wasn’t working (only burning water, no cold) and the sink wasn’t working neither. The WiFi wasn’t working well. The hotel is not located in the center of Holbox, you’ll have to take a taxi or to walk (~20min) to get there.

This was the worst experience I’ve made so far regarding vacation homes. During our whole stay we had no warm water at all. We reported it but no one of the staff really cared about it. A few hours later we had NO water at all any more! Which means no showering, no toilet etc. The next day - same thing! We were so disappointed, so after 2 nights without real water we decided to leave early. The staff agreed that we will receive a refund for the night we left earlier. However, we are waiting for that refund for about 3 weeks now but either they ignore our messages or they tell us excuses. We assume they just lied to us and we will never see our money again. From my point of view I can only recommend you to not go there!

This was a last minute book (literally day of) since we decided to head to Holbox a day earlier than planned. Franco was able to accommodate us and made us feel welcome even with just a few hours notice! The cabana we stayed in (#1) was great. It had everything we needed for a night's stay. There was a cricket in our roof somewhere singing to us while we went to sleep; it felt like we were "glamping," which is what we expected. :) The location is only 2 blocks from the beach, which was super convenient. Lovely chairs on the porch and the private pool were nice bonuses. A traveler's note: I would HIGHLY recommend taking a taxi golf cart from the ferry instead of walking; the roads on Holbox are all unpaved and very flooded with large holes. We decided to walk from the ferry, at night, not knowing what to expect (we wanted to "see the island"). It would've saved us time, stress, and sweat to have taken a taxi instead of dodging lakes in the road with our luggage. The next morning we figured out you can walk the entire way on the beach, which is what we did the rest of the time we were on the island. We know for next time and now so do you! :)

The shower never got very hot and the pressure of the sink faucet could've been better. The mosquito net had tears in it, but we didn't use it anyway.

Loved this place. Hidden away in a peaceful area...no noise from the town. Beautiful room and private outside area with pool, it was so relaxing. Franco was really welcoming and helpful. Very short walk to the beach and maybe 15min walk from the town by road or beach. Would highly recommend it to anyone who likes being in nature

The cabins are nice and looks cozy.They have products against mosquitos on hand. They are close to one of the most beautiful beaches in the island.

The water of the pool and the shower were too cold. It was too noisy to sleep at night- there was a strong sound like a water bomb that was very noisy. It took long time to get an answer from concierge. The road to get there was all flooded and taxis didnt want to go there therefore they charged around 300 pesos every time you want to go to the center just one way. The mosquito net over the bed was broken.I asked for bags to put them there but they never arrived.

Close to Punta Cocos, very nice and quiet, and the private pool was amazing (not a swimming pool). Also the place was close to the beach.

Lost power for several hours and during the night, however, we opened the windows at night for air ventilation and it was OK. Power went out all over the island, so it was out of their control.
