it was easy to walk into town from the property. Everything worked and it was all OK
The plumbing is terrible. If the owners in the house do anything you hear every tap, shower, toilet flush and every other noise from their house. The shower is impossible to run at a constant temperature. It's either stone cold or scolding hot. The builders starting work at 07:30 with their radio blasting didn't make for a nice gentle wake up.

The beehive was fabulous, it was clean, bed was super comfy and it had everything we needed! A little hidden gem!

We were just passing through so was all we needed for one night. Only a short walk into the town for bars and restaurants.

Clean, tidy & stylish. Everything was provided for a self catering stay. Plenty of room for 2 people.
The internet kept dropping out. There was nowhere to dry the towels completely. By the second day, it smelt a little damp. You could hear everything from the adjacent property. Dog barking was the worst sound.

Lovely decor, welcoming. Had everything you need for a nice break. Loved the milk being left in fridge.

The hosts were extremely helpful and the property was very well presented, clean and well equipped.
In terms of value, it would be hard to beat.
It was also straight forward to find.
TV was a little difficult to master as it uses a Firestick to receive input, but once understood it worked fine.

The property was really well arranged with so much in the way of attention to detail and has a lovely home from home feeling and is totally private from the main house.

Lovely cosy place, great decor and excellent location!
The studio is attached to the hosts main house and the walls are very thin so you can hear a lot of noise. This was particularly bad in the mornings when we were woken by lots of kitchen noises and a really loud plumbing noise any time they ran water. This woke us up at 7.30/8 both mornings.

All you want is in there..just perfect 🥰
TV wasn't great it kept losing signal and when it came back what you were watching was lost and you had to fast forward to where it was lost from!

The whole place was very cosy and comfortable, perfect little nook.

This was ideally located for what I needed as I was needing to stay in central Exmouth to attend a funeral and visit family. I was travelling by myself so although it’s a completely separate private annex, it was ideal that the owners were just next door if I needed them.
Minor points: the base of the shower could of done with an extra rinse when cleaning as there was residue at the plug hole. The sofa is on the firm side which didn’t bother me as I wasn’t really using the annex that much during the day.
