Summary: Our newest addition to the “Boathouse” family offers penthouse waterfront living right in front of Port of Airlie. This apartment in the heart of Airlie Beach captures the daily marina life with restaurants, a café and a bar at your door step. Walk out the front of this amazing architecture and feel the ocean breezes, the chirping of the birds, the sails flapping in the background of the multimillion dollar sailing boats - with a few amazing power boats to look at. The Space: This Penthouse boasts a master bedroom with a king bed, another with a King, a queen and 2 singles, all with their own private ensuite bathroom and balcony. All the modern conveniences including air conditioning, ceiling fans, a full-sized kitchen with all of the appliances you would need during your stay and a whopping five balconies. Guest Access: From the basement underground secured car park (3 allocated spots are for this penthouse), a lift takes you straight up to the penthouse and gives you access to the communal outdoor pool with Jacuzzi, a tennis court and a BBQ area and, conveniently, located only a short walk to the ferry terminal as well as the bustling main street of Airlie Beach. The Neighborhood: Facing the Port of Airlie, this makes it an exclusive location in Airlie Beach. Shops, Massage and Joga, Restaurants and bars are at your finger tips (so to speak) Located: – Located at Port of Airlie Marina – 50m to La Marina Italian Restaurant & Bar – 200m to Airlie Beach Main Street – 350m to Boathaven Beach – 350m to Whitsunday Foreshore Markets (Saturdays) – 400m to The Pub Bottle-O – 550m to Woolworths Supermarket – 700m to Airlie Beach Lagoon – 800m to Hertz Car Rental – 1.6km to Coral Sea Marina – 1.8km to Shingley Beach – 2.3km to Cannonvale – 3.1km to Cannonvale Beach – 9.7km to Shute Harbour – 37km to Proserpine Airport Getting Around: Airlie Beach is a 5 minute stroll away and on Saturdays the markets are on. (my my the temptations) and the Ferry terminal to all of the islands is even less. Taxis will take you every where else or just book a tour, where a complimentary pick up is part of the package. Other Things to Note: Noise restrictions apply as it is part of a building complex with Body Corporate rules. Restricted access only available with key. Therefore, no parties, no excessive noise at any time as residents also live there full time. Strictly no smoking on the balcony. There are designated smoking areas around the complex. Hens. Bucks, Schoolies or Similar Parties not accepted.
