Excellent location - with a great view and easy access to the village. Excellent quality of renovation: the house is bright, clean and a joy to stay and relax in. Comfortable lounge with the same view, through sash windows, which can be opened to enjoy sea breezes. Good seating at dining table, close to kitchen and lounge. Well appointed and sunny kitchen. Big flat screen television, with access to streaming services. Good wi-fi installation and internet performance. Clean and luxurious bed linen and towels. Access to all-weather terrace out the back, with seating area. Majestic top floor master bedroom, with en suite shower room. Friendly and responsive communications with house owner.

Disabled access is not obvious: the house has a small number of large steps up to front door. The stairs to first floor are steep, and access to first floor bathroom is on a mezzanine, requiring the navigation of several steps without a handrail. Mistake in fitting a tiny sink in master bedroom means that teeth cleaning or shaving are activities for the shower, or first floor bathroom. Early days of this rental mean that a few items in the kitchen are missing: e.g. salad bowl, insufficient amount of cutlery to justify use of dish washer - but this is really looking for niggles where there are basically none.
