I appreciate everything being seamless w/ check in and check out.
Location good.
Convenient w/ dogs
Sheets should have been thrown away not just cleaned w/ stain left on. To me, this is a big error overlooked.
Hotel staff immediately apologized and gave us a new sheet right away. Yet should never had happened.

The microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker was a great plus. Restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. They provide bear spray for guests to borrow. Even though our room was on the first floor with parking lot outside the window it was still very quite. Bathroom was also spacious.
The room door uses a pin pad lock. It sometimes would not lock properly and took us a minute or two to make sure our room was locked.

Loved the big bathtub and comfortable bed. Nice to have microwave and fridge and I really appreciate having coffee and tea in the room.
Would appreciate an included continental breakfast.

The room was very clean and it had a gas fireplace which was nice. They also have quiet hours. Parking was right in front of the door and the hotel was in a good location.
The bed was firmer than I would like. You could also hear everything in the hall, the doors shutting were loud. Additionally, like every other hotel there, it wsway over priced. For $300/night they could at least provide breakast.

We did not have breakfast. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly when booking online and needing to call the hotel directly for assistance. Price was high obviously because of the summer season and location which is unfortunate

Seamless digital check in and check out experience. Comfortable beds.
Front facing rooms have better views.
Second floor rooms have access to Balcony seating.
1. It was more of a motel, than a hotel experience.
2. No cleaning, no housekeeping and no greeting at the front desk. Staff at the front desk avoided eye contact throughout our stay there and never smiled. Toiletries were not replenished(during a 3 night stay). Even after requesting to clean the room, we were asked weird questions like, "What kind of cleaning would you want?, What all would you want to be cleaned?"
3. $400 per night is too much to pay for a motel experience.
4. The language used in room info brochure content was inappropriate, offensive and threatening. Not an experience that one would expect if paying $1200-$1500 for a 3 night stay.
5. No provision of elevator to take our heavy luggage upstairs. No help was offered by the staff. Second floor rooms were not accessible for elderly guests who were accompanying us.
Examples of their derogatory content has posted in images:
A. $20 surcharge if someone takes their UNIQUE hand-wash home (I am sure no one who pays $1500 will need to take a small bottle of Hand wash with them). Was not expecting to be schooled how to behave as a guest.
B. Eviction by RCMP if quiet hours are not complied with. (Same intent can be mentioned in a polite and non-threatening tone)
Every customer is unique. They should strive at making the experience memorable, comfortable, rather than a dry non-welcoming one.

The breakfast was good, but I think it should be included in the price.
There was no swimming pool lol

Mainly, because they were so thoughtful with pets, and they offered a bed, a treat, and a bowl for them. The location was perfect (close to stores and restaurants), and we enjoyed the view. The bed was very comfortable and for the price and friendly staff, it is a very good deal. I would stay there again. :)
The corners of the bathtub were pinkish, so that was an indication to me that they can improve the cleaning in the bathroom. Sponges like magic erase can take that out easily.
