Отличный вариант для отдыха

1. Великолепный вид с балкона ( Номер был ближе к морю). 2. Очень просторная кухня. 3. Удобная парковка на 4-5 машин. 4. Отзвычивый хозяин ( всегда был на месте и помогал решать проблемы и вопросы) 5. Быстро работающий интернет для созвонов с видео (в кухне Wifi хорошо работал, в комнатах связь медленне, но если подключить свой кабель то можно работать из комнаты. Нужен кабель не меньше 10 метров)

Хотелось бы ещё один высокий стол в номер. Один стол на 3 человек было немнгого неудобно.

Virkelig hyggeligt sted og parret der tog imod os på vores første dag, var super hjælpsomme. Det føltes virkelig behagel

Beliggenheden var helt perfekt. Vejene var ret stejle, men Kas er også kendt for dette, så vælger man at komme her, skal man også være forberedt på det. Vi havde lejet bil, så vi synes det var helt fint. Parret der ejede lejlighederne var virkelig hjælpsomme og imødekommende. Det var som at være hjemme. Jeg havde en masse pakker, der skulle leveres og de var simpelthen så forstående og behjælpelige. Vi fik også en hjemmelavet pizza en af dagene 😍 Kan varmt anbefales og bestemt heller ikke sidste gang, vi besøger stedet.

Alt var godt.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Golden Rose. L'hôte est vraiment sympathique, disponible et serviable. Il y a un parking pour les voitures. Je recommande d'être véhiculé mais faire le chemin a pied pour aller dans le centre n'est pas très difficile., il faut savoir que ça monte :) La vue est imprenable, vraiment très agréable ! Pas de problème de bruit, propreté au top, ménage et serviettes changées régulièrement.

Rien à redire.

The view is out of this world. Amazing that you can experience this scenery from your balcony. The rooms were super clean, spotless, and the bathroom was great. The rooms were very modern and up to the current European standards. Also the host, Ferhat abi, he was great, really helpful and guided us to great restaurants in the neighborhood to enjoy breakfast and dinner. The entire experience was wonderful! 11/10 experience!

We liked everything, nothing to dislike!

Fantastic place and village!

Fantastic location and breathtaking view from the balconey. Brand new apartment, very modern, spacious and comfortable. The host was very welcoming and helpful.

You need a car or taxi to reach the center/Marina (especially if too hot outside).

Very nice, fresh and spacious apartment with sea views. The owner is very friendly, responsive, always helped with emerging issues. The location is magical, the stay in the apartments was a great pleasure, we even extended our vacation here for another day, we didn't want to leave. I recommend it!

Great, brand new apartment and the house! Spacious rooms are perfectly clean. Very friendly owner and the family that takes care of this place. I wished I could stay for longer, but the place so popular it was already booked. The property is placed in the uptown of Kas and the views from the living room and the balcony are just breathtaking! Every morning, you enter your living room and all you think is just 'Wow!'. With a scooter, it didn't take long for me to go to Kas downtown and back. There are also a few supermarkets and a fruits/vegetables shop not far from the Golden Rose Apart.

The breakfast wasn't included, but we got a gift from the hotel owner, it's a very nice compliment. The apartment is spacious, clean and you can find there everything you need (kitchen stuff for cooking, glasses, a washing machine). The view from terrace was incredible and picturesque you don't need to go for sunset somewhere else, everything in front of you. We're surprised with the owner's hospitality. Thank you and totally recommend!

Can't complain. But you just need to think about transporting (to rent a car or a motorbike, taxi) in advance. Don't hesitate to ask the hotel owner for help.

small parking area, far from the centre, not suitable for families with small children the way to the centre is too mountainous even for adults, the car is a must here. Cheap staff in the apartments, sleeping quality is average.

nice apartment brand new with sea view

brand new apartment with amazing sea view over kas and islands. everything is brand new. the apartment we rented had two double room, a bathroom with large shower (shower gel, shampoo and hand soap are provided), a large kitchen provided with oven, dishwashing machine, fridge, freezer and cooking gas position. in the kitchen you will also find dishes, glasses, cutleries, pans and everything you may need to cook meals during your stay. the apartment has washing machine that is a plus if you’re travelling around and need to do some laundry. the guy who ran the place is nice and gives you good tips in case you wanna organise sailing tour to kekova. he recommended us a guy called mehmet that sails us around kekova island on his boat. the were just us on the boat and plus we departed early in the morning so we arrive at the sunken city and aquarium bay before large groups arrived

Welcomed into a home and enjoyed wonderful time, nice conversations with the owner who consistently showed kindness. Incredibly beautiful views and all amenities required for a comfortable stay. Highly Recommended.

We have fallen in love with Kas because of this place. We kept extending our stay but had to leave to continue our road-trip. The hosts were wonderful people who helped us out greatly. And the place was immaculate!

Luxurious apartment, fantastic sea view, extremely nice host

A luxurious apartment in a quiet neighborhood with a fantastic view of the sea. The apartment is spacious, with marble floors and granite countertops in the kitchen. Everything is brand new and perfectly clean. The furniture is luxurious and the beds are comfortable. There is a washing machine. The host is a friendly gentleman who was extremely kind and helpful.
