Villa Eeonora is a magnificent two-level villa located on the hill of Geremeas Residence, with a beautiful garden in total privacy and just 5 minutes walk from Geremeas Beach (Marongiu Beach). The house is suitable to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, having two double bedrooms, a twin room with bunk beds which can eventually become a triple room. The property is accessed through a driveway gate, it is possible to comfortably park two cars inside. The large, well-kept and private garden features an equipped patio and a nice brick BBQ. From the beautiful front veranda, equipped with a dining area with wooden furniture, you enter the living area divided into dining room and living room with fireplace and TV, the furnishings are very nice and pleasant.Continuing on this level we find the kitchen, a service bathroom and a convenient external laundry with washing machine, sink and drying rack.
